Excellent service
After extensive communication, I ordered on line. Delivery was extremely fast ( a few days) & I was very impressed with the product quality.
However, it was not suitable for my needs & was able to change it without any stress.

Great item, as discribed!
I've been looking at many options to buy my next Swiss backpack after using the first one for over 10yrs. Had to choose this in a hurry as I have to travel soon, was in doubt first but 100% satisfied after I received the item. Great service and a great backpack for all your travel needs!

I ordered twice
1. Informed ordered item was back ordered- web not update
2. It happened for the second order also and an item of a different color was sent instead.
3. Coupon given and could not apply it myself and had to seek online help.
