Me and my partner recently visited the Rotherham practice for a consultation. Kirsty was professional, friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. We feel confident about the treatment plan and would highly recommend this practice.

Had a wonderful experience with my teeth whitening journey. All the staff that dealt with my treatment were kind and professional. I was given great advice on how to optimise the whitening and care for my trays. I loved having a final review to see the before and after photos. Great service, well worth the money for the results I got and highly recommend

I went along for a free Invisalign consultation at Treeline. When they showed me the potential results, I was both amazed and slightly hesitant, given I was 37 at the start of my treatment with an 11mm overbite. However the treatment which lasted around a year was absolutely seamless and no pain at all. My dentist Sam Black was absolutely top-class, very emphatic, a fantastic, calm demeanour, and a real perfectionist in his work. I genuinely can't believe the results (my overbite is now only 3mm) and along with improved self-confidence, there's a huge difference in my jaw strength and being able to eat much easier.

Huge thanks to the team at Treeline. Would highly recommend them to anyone and you're never too old to get your teeth straightened.

After having a poor experience with the call centre with a rude operator I was very impressed with Lewis who was more than helpful when I called in to Treeline in Lincoln to make an appointment.

Finding out the night before my appointment has changed to a different venue with no parking im 36 weeks pregnant couldve done without having to walk to a different place for my appointment. Lincoln places really have gone downhill and all over the place . Sort your bookings out changing the venue of someones appointment the night before is crap . Half tempted to go back to newland dentist and pay rip off prices but at least my appointment doesnt change 3 times everytime i book it . Cant get thru to anyone on the phones to speak to them and never respond to emails, sort it out your practise is an absolute joke

Initially, I found the service great and had a good experience, despite there being no onsite or nearby parking. However, they’ve now cancelled two appointments, and when I requested a callback, the admin staff called back only to hang up immediately. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service.

I recently visited the Treeline Dental surgery in Rotherham for a consultation. Kirsty was the treatment coordinator, she was very friendly and professional which put me at ease.

Having not been to the dentist in many years, I was worried but everything about the experience was excellent. The staff were perfect and met every need I had, making me feel comfortable and looked after. Kirsty and Jo especially made my experience just right

I booked an appointment for the end of March back in January. They cancelled on the morning of the appointment. I was disappointed but I guess these things happen. I rebooked, next available ended up being 1 May. Not the end of the world, I thought, at least I'm going. 15th of April comes around and I get a text saying they've cancelled it... I call and ask why and they say "staff event".
Please don't waste your time with this place.
