Price of the product was pretty good. Unfortunately, it has now been a week since I ordered and I still have not received a shipping confirmation.

Fast and user friendly

Said it would take 2 weeks to ship out and then it ended up being a month. Customer service sucked because every time I tried to contact they sent the same email over and over again. Texted them on Instagram and they personally told me 2 weeks and they never contacted me about any delay

Poor communication with delivery and ungodly wait time. It’s been over 2 months and I have still yet to receive my package.

It’s a waiting game at this point, so who know if I’ll ever get the package.

I need my money back or my shoes I never received them

FYI -They are drop shippers so, It takes about a month to get your merch to your door . But you WILL get your merchandise. I am VERY pleased with my merch and will be back again!!!! Patience Trill fam the heat drip will come to your door!!!!

I ordered the SILPA and Air Jordan 6s. They went hard by delivering the kicks in 10 days. Silpa took 2-3 weeks but it was worth my $$$$$$. We dig with you TRILL. Let’s change the world together.

Site is legitimate, not a scam or anything like that. But the prices on most items are very high, even higher than StockX and you don't really get the items much faster at all. They will send discount codes in an email with the shoes you had been looking at but then you can't even use discount codes for the shoes or the codes just won't work. I'm on the fence about this company, they are basically just a middleman between the consumer and the store or boutique they get the items from.

Never received my items and currently fighting to receive a refund !!!!!!!!!

Trill marketplace is straight. Def some rare items and random restocks of sneakers, clothing & accessories you can catch if you check the site or signup for emails, etc.

It has been over a month and yet no shoes. I contacted my credit card and I'm deputing my charge. They have my money and I still have no product.

Professional customer service and shoes 1000000000% authentic I’ve ordered almost 20 pairs and took them to be checked and all of them passed as authentic so buy with confidence. Very lowkey and slept on so you can hit on hype releases and sometimes they’ll have shoes that bricked for under retail like the electric green 6’s. My go to shop for sneakers and fire unique street wear.

My order may have taken a bit long, but I assume that’s due to covid. Personally on the LV lock pendant I would’ve added a better clasp for connection than just a keychain clasp but other than tht my order was as advertised; no issues otherwise.💪🏽
