This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with online! Its over 6 weeks and im still waiting on a ASAP YAMS hat and a shirt. Customer support is no longer responding to me and im not sure when I will be receiving my items!

Absolute garbage.

I ordered five items from them. Here's where they are.

Item 1&2: Ordered: May 21, 2021. Status: Delivered on July 3, 2021 (box was filled with garbage to keep items "safe". (6 weeks later)

Item 3: Ordered: May 21, 2021. Status: Shipped out but not delivered. (Last status: June 30, 2021 Tracking number created, now it is August 13th, make of that what you will.)

Item 4: Ordered: June 18, 2021. Status: Delivered on August 13th. (8 weeks later)
Item 5: Ordered: June 18, 2021. Status: Not yet shipped out yet.

Shipping time is garbage, email customer service is garbage, package conditions are garbage... it's all garbage and all they will do about it give me their condolences. I know the pandemic has brought some difficulties, but at least you could let your customers know what is happening instead of treating email like it's actual mail and taking eons to respond back with the vaguest of replies. Actually hire some customer service members to take emails and maybe while you're at it, open a phone line and handle customer service there as well. I don't know if this review will even be published since you've decided to cut communication with me (well not ALL communication, I still get those emails asking me to join your TrillSelect program or whatever it is to get shoes before release date.

Placed an order on 6/25 for some yeezy slides and never received them it’s been over a month already and I was told 2 weeks emailed them and they never got back to me with an update

I have never experienced such a disorganized mess, they have an email that says it has a 24hr response, except it doesn't you have to harass them publicly on social media to get a response at all, unprofessional and there is no proof of anyone actually getting their products, 62k Instagram followers, yet they get maybe 100 likes? It's all shady, they also delete comments, I ordered On June 17th from them 2 pieces from OHTNYC and still haven't received anything at all, they don't properly update their sites stock and told me in 2 weeks it should move, it hasnt and I still have none of what I ordered. If you're thinking of buying here, just don't.

Very bad site, AVOID! I ordered an item around a month ago, and it has not shipped yet. I contacted support and they are being very slow and unhelpful.

I love the deals that I receive on Fridays! I just wish shipping was a little quicker or communication was a little better within the first two weeks …currently I have four orders and the first order has not been fulfilled yet but overall I love trillmarket!

Been a week no shipping update or order update , emailed and never got a email back , bad service , - quick update been over 2 weeks and no updates , would also like to mention they don’t own these shoes when you buy them , they buy them after you purchase which I had no idea of.

I odered a pair of shoes and was send the wrong size i replied back letting someone know noone never contacted me just took my money like that bad services wouldn't recommend anyone to trillmarket now im stuck with shoes i cant wear.

Took 2 months and a half to ship my item even tho it Says on their site it takes up to 6 weeks top.
Had to email them many times.
Other than that they ended up shipping it through UPS priority, no extra cost and I like the item I received.

Management contacted me with my issue and resolved it took a little time but things happen. Thank you Trill Marketplace!

The reason I gave this low rating is that I ordered a pair of fire red 4s and a pair of raging bull 5s (which I still have not received yet) it took three weeks longer than the expected delivery date and on the expected delivery date the package was not delivered. I had to wait two additional days to go pick up the package from the post office.

Delivery for items take way to longer prior to rhe pandemic and even longer since the pandemic.the website offers a lot to consumers but to wait over 6 weeks to get products.makes it pointless to order items you might want right away.

Y’all stole my money and haven’t received my order, placed it since March, 2021. It’s almost July. F*** you!🖕🏾

I love their stuff. I ordered a t-shirt from them and it was just fire. definitely going to buy from them again.
