Total scam, they changed one digit in my postcode so I wouldn’t receive my order and refused to correct their mistake

Placed an order and never received!!! I contacted them numerous times and they never responded Don’t order from them. If I can give them 0 stars, I would.

Great experience
I’ve ordered from a few shops and I have received everything from the shops I have ordered and paid with Trill. Some shops say they accept payments with Trill and send out the product when the cash outs are working.
Last night we stayed in a hotel and we had lots of food and drink. Everything paid with Trill.

Absolutely Pissed
They are scammers or purely incompetent at this point. I placed an order for a large Mortality sweater during October 2021 it’s February now no update in sight and no refund.
The tracking they give just reroutes to a help screen their support doesn’t respond anymore at this point I want my money back and a report to the better business bureau is underway.

Been waiting 8 months for $300 order
Made an order in may of 2020, still haven’t received any items from trill marketplace. The original order was refunded with a gift voucher for a second order which still has not arrived . It has been 8 months since we gave trill marketplace money ($300 Australian dollars)

Avoid. Cannot deliver product.
Twice I have ordered goods that were never delivered after more than 1 month waiting. I would advise not to order anything through this platform. I have had to disputes charges with my credit card company to get my money back

Never received my order. Ordered 2 diff products never got them. They don't reply to emails. Only time they did reply was when I threatened with the credit card company

I ordered a sweater in early October……
I ordered a sweater in early October… it’s early December and I haven’t received anything. I’ve contacted Trill and they tell me they’ll get back to me with a status on the order…. and nothing happens. I’m incredibly disappointed with this company.
