True Link Financial Avis 

I was so glad to find True Link a couple of years ago!! My aging mother in law was being scammed left and right. I had to keep canceling her bank ATM card. When the bank would not give her another card, I searched and found True Link. I love the control I have over how it can be used. Even though there was still scamming, with the controls in place, the charges were not processed!

We've been using True Link for about a year, and it has been an amazing tool for my elderly mother. We were having issues with her clicking out of Facebook to buy sham supplements that she wouldn't remember ordering - and that she definitely should not have been taking. Now she's still able to shop on Amazon, order groceries from Instacart, and get her hair done, but the ability to set spending limits and keep her from being able to buy anything by click out of social media has been a game changer. It is a little clunky when she needs to pay for her medical appointments or other items using her card, since we don't always know exactly how they'll show up. We need to try the purchase, wait for the decline email, then go into that email and approve the purchase. Now that we know it works that way, we make sure her doctors and other providers know. But overall, I highly, highly recommend the tool for helping to manage spend and combat fraud. I don't have to worry anymore if she loses her card or someone manages to get her information - they really can't spend much of anything due to the limits we have on her account. A wonderful product!!!

The Trulink card is an excellent product to manage, control and track spending.

My Sister would not have been able to use the monies available thru True Link if it had not been there for her. True Link was recommended to us by a well known Seattle lawyer. So it must be well thought of in the judicial world. I have never called a business that was as helpful as True Link. It is well organized and easy to use for payments of most items. Try it out for your loved one to give them freedom with extra funds.

This card is the most fantastic thing ever! My mom with dementia was giving her bank card to a schiester but this card enabled me to cut off the money he was taking while still allowing her to be able to buy what she needed. Once we cut off his money flow, we were finally able to get him out of her life and ensure that she is safe.

Amazing real time notifications, block system that can be customized for personal situations, prompt customer service when needed. This has been a godsend for us in managing a family member's financial spending/tracking. It has saved her thousands of dollars in stopping scams and avoiding unnecessary spending.

A very good and effective tool to manage money for people with special needs and receiving government benefits such as SSI and for Trustees managing money distributions to a Trust beneficiary. Customer service is very responsive.

Using True Link has been a life saver for the last 2 years. The ability to block merchants such as international and those known for scams has helped defer the financial trouble for a family member with a spending problem.

This bank is worst to deal with

I needed an Able debit card for my daughter. When I had trouble activating it, it took a few days before I was told why. Once I submitted the documents needed, activation was very fast. Thank you, True Link!

Set up a new account today. I contacted customer support for help. They responded quickly and fixed my issue right away!

Ever since I got truelink I had little money but when I had a lot of money there was little access to other resources to further development my financial growth

My father is 90 years old and was almost scammed of his bank accounts. This card has been a lifesaver. It allows me to watch every transaction and the safeguards it uses are great. Highly recommend

Excellent product. My elderly mother was constantly being scammed out of money from fraudulent and unethical companies. This card make helping her so very much easier!

TrueLink has been easy to work with and makes a great tool for keeping track of individuals spending habits.

This service was so critical for us and my father when all other banking services failed us. My father had an Amazon shopping addiction to cure his boredom (like a lot of people), but we needed to make sure he did not spend through the money providing his assisted living care. He was cranky and tech savvy so we could not just take his spending ability away cold turkey. The simplicity of it for both the administrator and the card user was great. It did take a decent amount of time to fund the card but I understand the time needed to prevent fraud. The purchase alerts and the controls are great. Not as fast to fund as if it was your own bank but that's ok. I only wish my father had not passed so soon and we were able to use the service longer. Customer service to move the funds off the card and back to the bank was super easy.

Have always been able to get support when Have issues or just have a question.

They have helped me every step of the way,they answer the phone every time I call,when I'm unsure of something they keep helping me until I'm confident I understand.
The only thing I do not like is they recently put another layer of protection on, it's a pain in the rear but I appreciate the security.

True Link account was very easy to set up. It allows my disabled child to access whatever amount of money from her trust that I put on her True Link card. Thus, I have some oversight, control, and awareness of her spending. At the same time, she has freedom to use the card when and where (within restrictions I set on the website) she chooses. It gives her autonomy within guidelines I set. And I can do this from a computer in a different part of the country.

I am using TrueLink for my disabled brother, who is high functioning and works full-time, but is not able to handle money. Before I would give him a weekly allowance and within a day or two it would be all gone. He has been able to spread his spending out over the week. Besides the convenience for me, not having to make those endless cash withdrawals, he has been able to save money and feel a lot more independence.
