Worst card ever, waiting on replacement card!! Charged for expedited shipping but no expedited card.

I have a family member who cannot manage their money. True Link has taken the worry out of the equation. This is a great financial service.

We have been using this service for several years .They are wonderful to work with and have helped us keep our child’s purchases safe and recorded.The customer service team is amazing very prompt in returning calls and emails

Yes, there's a learning curve, and it does require administrative vigilance, but it does what it says it does, and generally well. Further, and critically, they're continuing to add meaningful features like "every given weekday" funding rather than defined date numbers so funds land consistently every Weds for example. And the wallet & virtual card was a big addition for online shopping and instant card funding. The app and website work well. Customer Service has generally been very good. I can't imagine managing our needs without these cards and systems.

Works well for elderly parents to manage spending and limit unauthorized use. Only complaint is that I cant link cards to financial management software, so I have to manually input all activity.

They shut down my account cause they know I told you all how they act. And I didn’t even get my money at all. Refusing to return my money to me. I want to be done with them all together just give me my funds that’s all I want yes but the cardholder is being difficult

I love true link, but the monthly fee is crazy. I wish they’d get rid of it.

We were looking for a safe financial vehicle for Dad as he’s being moved to assisted living. We consulted with Chat GPT to offer us considerations and options. True Link was #1. We did a bit more research and selected them.

Everything was going great until my mother was able to 600 worth of gift cards from 7-11 and dollar general and was told I can’t turn off specific merchandise. Since everyone uses gift cards it’s usless. BTW the gift cards were an “Elan musk” sweepstakes scam

I set up an account for my 22year old son who was blowing all of his money on online sports betting sites. His gambling had definitely become an addiction that he could not control. Having True Link has been a lifesaver for both of us. He says he feels more secure knowing he doesn’t have full access to his money. It’s a great way to help someone get back on track financially. I highly recommend it!

Truelink is SOOO difficult to deal with. Neither your username nor password can be stored on your phone - which is both time consuming and an unnecessary inconvenience. I have tried to discuss it with them, but, as so many have already complained about, talking with tech people there is a waste of time.

Had a concern about some charges and card was locked. Sent message through chat over the weekend. While I couldn't speak with someone, I did receive email responses that kept me updated. Recommended that I order a new card. Turned out they were legit charges and sent update asking to reactive card so didn't have to wait for one and received quick response and card was reactivated.

True Link offers a VISA debit card that is exactly what we need to enable our highly functioning adult daughter, who is on the autism spectrum but has challenges with impulsivity and money management, to have freedom with daily, routine monetary needs. I just spent 55 minutes on the phone with Lisa Marie G who walked me thru the specifics on setting parameters for the card.

I've been with this company for almost a year now and I can't say that they're great. Throughout the time I've been with them, I've had payments on my card blocked because of frequent merchants get on their scam watch list. I went to pay for my phone bill from AT&T and low and behold, i can't pay it because they're on truelinks scam watch list for some reason. It's not the only time this has happened. It even happens when i buy things from Amazon, Ebay, Esty, ect. I beg your pardon but how am I supposed to pay for stuff if Truelink is constantly flagging my purchases? You would think that a big company like At&T wouldn't get flagged as "suspicious" for scams but here we are. Now I have to take money out of my card, and go buy a physical phone refill card. I really despise Truelink as a whole. Don't waste your time with this company if you hate the idea of not being able to pay bills with your card.

I did do my research and this is one of the most trusted websites anyone could find. The customer service agents are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and most willing to help when you have a question. Thank you guys I love companies like this that treat you like a valuable customer instead of just another number.

This has been a great tool to help manage my mom's money but not take away independence. The team has been very responsive and helpful anytime I have had questions too.

The care team took great care of me in a time of need. I added a double deposit and was concerned about overdraft if my clients account. The care team took all of my stress and corrected my problems.

I can not get into my account! Everytime I try it tells me my password is wrong. I have reset my password 3 times already and some of the passwords I tried to use gave me a saying ‘that password was in a data breach’! I was finally able to reset my password and when I go to log in it brings me back to the log in page and I can’t get in! Luckily I haven’t funded this account!

Spoke with Ash, she was very pleasant, and most of all helpful and knowledgeable, took care of my two issues without any problem. Ash was outstanding and a pleasure to talk to. True Link always has the best customer service representatives
