Great company very quick dispatch and delivery great prices can’t fault you

No option to call or be called back, regarding late delivery of frozen goods. Only phone number takes you to shop and they just refer you back to email, no good when matters are urgent. Far from jmpressed with DPD their delivery agent who fail to find properties the very same driver was at the day before. Ill not be using this company again.

Always thorough and fast delivery

Been using Trusty pets for years and service has always been exceptional. Recently ordered dog food and received the usual confirmation but the order didn't arrive, waited few days and then contacted them through help email, got quick reply saying they would look into it and then nothing. Waited again and then rang them and lady said she couldn't do anything from her part but would leave a note with different department. Next day order arrived. No apology or explanation for the poor service. Hopefully this is just a one off.

Amazing as always! Very quick delivery on quality peanuts for my squirrel visitors at a great price. Still reordering when my squirrel friends have exhausted my supply.

Quick delivery

Bought the 10 kg bag of these cat biscuits for my numerous adult barn cats. Great value for money compared to smaller bags. The kibble size is just right, and the bag has a good resealable top to keep the remaining biscuits fresh. The cats took to the flavor immediately. Speedy delivery and excellent service.

Placed an order that was delivered, but the items sent were completely wrong. Delivery proof shows that the smalll bag left on the doorstep was too small to contain what I actually ordered. Sent an email over a week ago and just being fobbed off with 'we are waiting to hear back from the courier'. This is not a courier issue - the order was wrongly picked by Un-Trusty Pet Supplies. Very likely they get a lot of things wrong judging by their automated email reply which focuses on abuse by customers. Improve your service and you won't have angry customers abusing you or leaving you poor reviews.
UPDATE: they are claiming they sent out the right products despite photographic evidence showing it would be physically impossile for an A4 size plastic bag to contain 50 cans of cat food. Will now have to go through the credit card charge back process to recover my money.

The only downside we have experienced is quite often the boxes get damaged in transit, and often this causes the bags inside to be damaged/split, causing the cat litter to spill out into the boxes.
