I thought after receiving my bag of…
I thought after receiving my bag of wood pellets cat litter,When opened smelt really foul.Smelt of Poo 💩Smelt my house out. Received a new bag of wood pellets.Hope they don’t smell the same. I thought as a Gesture of Goodwii,they might have put in a wee pressie for my cat Luna! Unimpressed Customer to say the least. Diane Harvey.

Trusty no problem nor their products. All excellent. Just DPD delivery who were down to delivery next day then said “problem in your area” when it showed parcel still at Exeter ( a very long way from my address in Shropshire). However, they delivered well on following day on to my back door step.

Really happy
This is my local pet shop and I’m always overwhelmed and really happy with the products they offer and the choice. All the staff are really knowledgable and are always happy to answer questions. I made an order online and it was delivered next day, really impressed with speedy delivery and how well packaged the parcel was. Recommend this place to other pet owners.

Well worth a go
Price is pretty much inline with other stores love buy 11 pay 10 also the points you can earn online or in store. Have messaged also a few times always had a response & sorted out what was needed. All in all very pleased with this company so far.

Superb service from Trusty
Superb service from Trusty. Having used them for some time the quality of parrot seed is excellent. It is always dispatched quickly in strong packaging at a reasonable price. The only criticism is with their carrier dpd. The driver never follows delivery instructions. On their tracking I was delivery no. 90 and he still had lots more drops to do. I am truly grateful for the way they work.
