Trusty Pet Supplies Avis 

My parcel was sent out with DPD i have now been waiting 3 weeks on a 2 day delivery. DPD have said parcel is lost as not been scanned. I contacted trusty pets they will not refund my parcel till they get it back if it has been lost how will i ever be refunded

I usually give five stars, but this time there seemed to be a delay with DPD, which is unusual and probably not the fault of Trusty pet Supplies. they are always prompt and good value.

Great . Easy ordering and fast delivery

Great product and price and fast postage. Excellent. Many thanks. A cat harness but perfect for our chihuahua who doesn't like anything put over her head. This is an easy to use, lightweight, step in one that's easy to adjust. We already had one for our little boy chihuahua that he's happily used for 5 years or so. I was very pleased to find them for sale still. Bit surprised that we'd been using a cat harness but it works perfectly so here's to using another for our new lady.

What went wrong was their carrier. This was delivered by DPD who I will NOT use. I always ask for the person who delivers to open any package for me since I can hardly walk or carry much since waiting over 2 years for a new hip. Amazon know it and so does Evri (who are surprisingly good here) but WHY when I was supposed to have a delivery did it come via DPD and the invoice was dated 22nd May. The bird food was dumped on my doorstep to be found later. Just as well it was just about my strength only. Also, there has been NO advance warning email. If DPD is delivered here again it will be left out and returned.
