Never had a problem when I have purchased from Tu. Good quality, fit well and decent prices. Click and collect works well for me and the rare return I make are delt with quickly and easily.

Items too big but no refund
Items quickly delivered, looked good quality but far too big. No problem followed the returns instruction in the packet and took it back to the local shop. Assistant scanned the bar code and asked me if I had filled the form in. Yes I had. Told i do not get a receipt but it is emailed to me. Ok . Thats it, no refund no contact nothing. Tried chat help. Always a problem with the system call later. Not good.

Sainsburys TU men’s stretch black jeans. Had been looking for black jeans for a while, saw these online and ordered them. Amazing quality and value, they fit perfectly. I would highly recommend these jeans for quality, fit and value.

Lovely clothes (they are sturdy, have pretty colours and cuts) at a low price, nicely packaged and I absolutely love being able to pick it up at the corner Sainsbury's whenever is convenient for me.

Never received a collection confirmation e-mail but went to shop & they were very good & searched for my parcel. They found it but it hadn’t been scanned in.

Good quality and good value for money
I bought a smart black pair of trousers (tapered and slim)in store and they were a perfect fit. I looked on line to see if there were any other colour options as I couldn’t find in store. I was delighted to find they are available in navy so I immediately went ahead and ordered. Very good quality and good value for money costing only £16.

Great quality sleepsuits at a good price
These footless sleepsuits are great quality for the price. I have had lots of compliments on the patterns/ designs and the cotton is thick enough to be cosy whilst still being breathable. Would recommend.
