Support Rep was so kind, patient and helpful. Very knowledgeable
Was on the line with her for almost 2 hours.
She helped me with the problem at hand of not being able to access my emails, syncing my iPhone to be able to view emails, updating a credit card acct, and signing up for a service plan that fits my current needs

I am giving this 1 Star
I am giving this 1 Star, because my Hosting Plan which has been the Standard Hosting plan since 2004 has been going up way to much it has went from 35.99 to 35.58 to 44.32 to 51.85 and I am Fed up! I am moving on from Turbify with this 71.84 Price Hike! If you were thinking of switching from Wix or Go Daddy or somewhere else, then I say DON'T Turbify is a HUGE RIP-OFF!
Good-Bye, Turbify it hasn't been nice working with you in recent months! I don't fault the Customer Service Staff for this, I give Fault to the Higher Ups who keep Hiking up the Pricing! It doesn't cost 71.84 and shouldn't cost more than 18 dollars to host a standard Hosting Plan! I never knew how much web space I had for my standard plan on the backend either! It was always an estimate for it!
