07/08/2026 After my posting of this review and complaining to the lack of customer service department, a refund of the difference between the prior year charge and the raise and addon charge. All I can say is to look at your bills.

Tech support couldn't find the problem
Email problem persistently blamed on Thunderbird despite same problem with another app and Thunderbird working fine on other Turbify email addresses. Turbify tech support gave up and told me to contact Thunderbird tech support. Eventually I inexplicably fixed it by deleting old emails in the Turbify online mailbox though the mailbox was only around 2-3% of the limit.

Except the first quirks and asking my phone number, i got the explaination i needed.
I was asking why my subscription is renewed one month before its term.
At first it couldn't explain and took time to answer, and asked for my phone number and when was convinient to call me (inconvenient if it's not NOW), but i insisted and the rest was a clear and fast explanation. Still don't know for sure if it was a bot or a human.

Turbify is an awful company with no regard for legacy customers that gave them a start when they were Yahoo small business. Therep was as good as she could be given the horrible policies of Turbify

Not user friendly stay away from this platform
This platform keeps on changing the codes to mess up the web sites and making it impossible to make simple changes, they are giving me codes to change witch are from 2006
Stay away from this platform not user friendly

Customer support was good, but the fact that I could not get into my email for hours at a time was very frustrating. That seems to be resolved now.
