Terrible
Terrible. Communication is the first thing; then everything went south... doesn't really listen to what the problem is or is incapable of listening... For example, they said to increase the section size, but they don't know how to do it. I'd mention why I need to do this, because these photos fit perfectly in the section before. The problem was the cropping issue when uploading vertical photos.
