Horrible

You charged me a month earlier than last year for a one year subscription, which was almost FIVE TIMES what I paid for the service just two years ago. I appreciate the refund of a fraction of what I paid, but it is not enough to keep me from shopping for another company before you decide to charge me earlier next year! Ridiculous!

Quick action and problem were easily solved.

Our account was suspended due to Turbify's detection of Phishing emails. When I called, they told me about what they found out. That is why they suspended our office account. Turbify requested us to change the password and our account is back. Their customer service was very helpful, and they can easily be reached through their landline number.
