Completely unhelpful
The experience was completely unhelpful. I am still experiencing the same problem, and it seemed clear the “helper” was reading from a script, as the advice was totally generic and did not address my actual need. Gemini was just as helpful in getting me where the agent did. It was useless.

I can not go back to old email interface. The new one is slower, the dakr version has text unreadable. resolution too big.....
You allow for regular yahoo email to go back to older version, but not for business version.
I need to run my business not wasting time on email reading.....

Turbify helped me reactivate my service from long ago
Turbify, hosted a website I had years ago. I had to cancel my subscription due to economic reasons. Now, I wanted to rebuild my website. I had some problems re-establishing my website. I called them and they tried to work me through it. I also chatted with tech support. They took the time to instruct of how to establish my purchase and get signed back up. Once signed back in, my files were still there and I could reactivate my website. A big shout out to support. Thank you!

We're sorry you couldn't access your business email on PC and for the lack of communication about the system issue since 6/19—that delay wasn't acceptable, and we apologize.
Initially reported as a temporary issue, investigation confirmed no backend problems. Your email worked on mobile but not PC. We guided you to log into your business email and linked Yahoo account on PC, restoring access. Root cause: emails were forwarded to Yahoo instead of your business inbox. Disabling forwarding resolved delivery.
We called (voicemail) and made 2 follow-up attempts.
We're committed to faster updates and clearer communication.
