RUN Stay Away

RUN
Their system is constantly giving errors and they will not provide any solution.
If you are transferring to another hosting platform they will suspend your account so you cannot get your transfer code.
I am contacting the Consumer Affairs Division immediately

Customer service took care of the plan…

Customer service took care of the plan change and and refund, however I was not happy about the false advertising on the website listing “regular prices” (not referring to the intro first year prices) that apparently are not the real prices, and which went up year over year by 30% each year.

They’re scam artists

Not fair on charges. Unethical. Then, they posted a response saying they’re sorry I felt that way and that they can’t refund me for what they overcharged. Criminal liars.

Our team reviewed the account, confirmed the plan change and the prorated refund that had already been applied, and explained that past invoices could not be refunded under policy. We also worked to restore the account after the pending invoice was paid and arranged a supervisor callback for the refund concern. We regret that the follow-up could not be completed and that the outcome remained unsatisfactory.

All I wanted was a receipt for charges…

All I wanted was a receipt for charges automatically sent to me and they would not do it. All they would do is try to walk me through how to log in and do it myself. tried to log in more than 5 times with no success taking up over 45 minutes and I still don;t have a receipt and the person on the other end couldn't be understood because she couldn't speak English well enough.
