If i will do follow up

If i will do follow up, then agent is not really reading the existing issue, in that way, customer will need to explain it again from scratch and thats really pain in the ass.

We understand how upsetting it is when you have to repeat the same explanation and feel like you are starting from scratch.

Our team reviewed the case and investigated the hosting setup in detail. During that review, it was confirmed that the hosting plan had been changed to Web Hosting Essential, which does not support WordPress. Because of that, we were unable to keep the site running on the current plan. The customer was informed that continuing with WordPress would require upgrading to an Advanced hosting plan, or using the Website Builder option available with the Essential plan.

We understand that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, and we regret that the support experience felt incomplete. We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback, and we are sorry the service did not meet your expectations.

My rep figured out what Yahoo, Amazon couldn't

My rep was able to solve what Yahoo, Amazon, Network Solutions were not able to.

She single-handedly tracked down the strangest, most complicated and likely illegal transference of account management for my website JennyStewart.Net to the likely new owners of my domain.

Her diligence in this matter was not only appreciated, but crucial - they're making a documentary about celebs and needed content from my website from my various interviews for use in for interstitials in the documentary. I still have to call Network Solutions to get my content back, but it's because of your great customer service rep that I am even able to get that far. To wake up, see your website down that you've been paying $150.00 per year to and see it gone is actionable and negligible in a court of law -- I still do not understand how it even happened in the first place. She helped me greatly.

Inbox not sorting by sender

I called to solve the issue of my inbox not sorting alphabetically by sender. Only the date options were showing. The agent told me (after a 2 minute hold) that this feature does not exist.
I know it exists, and after we hung up I did a search for a solution, and found this Turbify help page titled "I don't have all of the options to sort my mail. Why?"
I apparently am not allowed to include the link.
Followed the steps to turn off conversations, and the sort option appeared. The agent was 100% wrong. Then they send me a survey for my opinion, and the link does not open.

I started with yahoo small business…

I started with yahoo small business years ago. Somehow I end up with the same service for twice the price. They want $77 a year for a domain hosting. name only. I went to go daddy and got the same service for $24 a year. Rip off scam company. Customer service admitted they get scammed a lot and help me change my password several times.Don’t recommend.
