I still cannot get to my emails from my mobile device. I had a difficult time understanding the representative. Did something change? Want to cancel my account at the end of June. I actually don’t even use it anymore and I keep getting billed for it.

Domain Double Bill Discrepancy

I called about my billing discrepancy 6/3/26 related to my old domain reactivation charge and another charge the following week. Everyone seemed to guess about the answer. I was told I’d receive a call the next day. I received no call until Tuesday from Mohammad. He left a voicemail. I also received an email and another call today and an email saying the case was closed.

for some time my Yahoo - Turbify was a great solution for me. Simple. Unexpensive and all ok. All of a suden and without warning Turbify started increasing their monthly charges to a point where they turned 10 times what it was before. When i complained saying I was not using some of the services and I still was charged, they offered to do a refund and later said: not anymore. I am moving away and will pay 1/3 of what Turbify is charging me. I have been with Yahoo - Turbify for about 10 years. And I am disappointed with their handling of my account

Please either hire people who speak and understand english. I received no help at all, and the woman I was dealing with became very mad when I could not understand what she was saying and asking me. very unsatisfied with your service.

Not helpful

The response wasn't timely and it was generic, so I actually received no help. I had to send another email, which I am still waiting to receive a reply to.

Fixing SPF and DMARC Records

Though it took a fair amount of back-and-forth, ultimately I received (it appears) the precise information that I needed create SPF and DMARC records to resolve rejection of my emails by iCloud.
