Quality is very poor, they stick a few nice labels on it and think it’s good quality and worth the price. Came with care label ripped out. Avoid

This company is a scam
I ordered some items on 24/11/23 for my sons 14th birthday and up until today I have not received the items
I had to ask for refund for the company to say that my order will be sent out for delivery tomorrow after 30 days of my initial order
Please do not buy from them as they’re a big scam- my son was disappointed

Placed an order on 22nd September, received confirmation that the order has been placed but have since heard nothing. I have written 2 emails but as yet no response. Just refund me if you can't fulfill the order!

I have put in my email and it takes me to a page with a captcha thing to make sure I'm not a robot then at the top in grey writing it says PASSWORD: and then a 3 letter code so I put this into the password place and it doesn't work someone please help because the hoodies look 🔥

Hard brand and some very good marketing but delivery, customer service and this password bs ruins it.

STILL have nothing. It’s been 3 months…. They messaged me and said there was a problem with customs and they’ll resend the items, yet still nothing. Tired of this

I received my package from Tymlus G to find all the products were not the right size. When I returned it back to them within the 30 day refund timescale expecting a full refund which is stated on their website. I then waited numerous months to receive such refund which never came through, I then proceeded to send countless emails to this so called company and was shut off not getting a reply to one of them. This encounter was about a year ago and I still have not been reimbursed, in total my order came to £90. This company is a fraud and should not be used by anyone wishing to keep their money.

My son ordered it without my consent so I emailed them to cancel before it was process they ignored my request and sent it anyway and have not responded to any my emails

ordered on feb 3rd still havent got my order no communication with them what so other and wont give me a refund back ive tried messaging them i get left on read

Ordered a tracksuit for my sons bday in nov and the wrong size was sent out so I returned it for an exchange and I’m still waiting, sent an few emails every week to them and only had one reply which said I would receive the tracksuit by sat (that was 2 weeks ago) my son is soo dissapointed he never had his bday present will never use tymlus again thinkniv been ripped off, Iv now sent an email asking for a refund and still no reply

Like previous reviewers, I am owed money by this company and have not received any replies to my repeated emails. I returned an item, and have proof that it was received, but have been given neither a refund nor an exchange. Very disappointed.

I decided to edit my review as I have received my order after a month. Shipping wasn't the fastest neither the customer service as they don't reply so don't waste your time on sending emails.

I bought a tracksuit for my son for Christmas and I received it about 2 weeks later, that was good. But when we open it, we saw that it was bad quality (letters on the pant were peeling off) then I filled the form for an exchange and I sent it back. With the tracking, I know that they received it in the begining of january but I'm still waiting for the exchange. I sent several e-mails and a message on Facebook but I never received any answer.
I paid for a tracksuit that I don't have!! They are simply thieves!!
I didn't want to believe on bad comments but now I know that it was truth. I advise you to never buy any items on this website.
