Customer service is amazing, I love how they interact with there customers. The clothing quality is amazing doesn’t get bobbles after washing highly recommend. Delivery I haven’t ever had a problem with them also on time

Where do I start? First off the customer service and shipping is amazing, the team constantly work hard to assist whenever I have an issue or enquiry. The quality and design on the clothes themselves are different ballgame, and don’t get me started on the community involvement Tymlus has. I can’t think of another brand that does as much for the community as Tymlus does, what an amazing company, all the best and youll see me ordering soon!

I ordered a tracksuit for my son at the end of November and I still haven’t received it!! They owe me £200, I’ve emailed twice had nothing back 😡

My delivery is taking ages. It makes it even better that they don’t respond on my emails.

It’s really frustrating that I don’t know what the status of my order is.

What I had hoped would be a smooth transaction, quick delivery and quality items couldn’t be further from the truth. I received my order 14 days after ordering when their website states a lot shorter timetable. I wanted the tees ordered for a holiday but these did not arrive in time. When they did arrive the quality is poor. Saying the sizing is small is an understatement. I ordered a XL as like standard fitting tees slightly bigger, but these are a size medium standard fitting at best. The tees feel like fruit of the loom from 10 years ago. Not something I’d expect. Their customer services I will say responded quickly to my email but that’s about all I could say was positive. I would avoid in future at all costs. Spend the extra £20 and buy something you know won’t leave you disappointed

They have scammed me it has been 7 months didn't arrive I emailed them 6 months ago asking when will my order arrive they said it would take 2 to 3 weeks and i still don’t have it i would give them minus 5

Mediocre. Shorts advertised as small mens. They wouldn't even fit an 8 year old boy. The no refund policy was not clear when ordering made. But now very obvious that I wish to return. T-shirt is fine.

The returns policy is ridiculous. I need to print a form out, with no printer. Also, state return within 28 days of packing sheet. This sheet has the order date on it. The product was dispatched 12 days after this. Bit of a con there. I just hope replacement goods arrive much quicker than the original product. Was supposed to be for holiday. Not likely now.

If I could give zero stars I would, bought a shorts and top set nearly a month ago and have heard nothing, upon further investigation I found a lot of people with very similar problems it seems they are either scammers or just have very very poor customer service gonna be taking this dispute to my bank as it seems many people have asked for a refund and don’t receive one

Ngl I’ve bought 2 t shirts from them one took a while the others was fairly quick the quality isn’t the best but they looks amazing if u get sweaty they can get a bit itchy I haven’t yet bought any other products yet but definitely getting the cargo shorts but all round as a brand it looks the best if only the quality was better it would be a 5⭐️

I have ordered twice within a year and ordered 4 items. I only got one of the items and tried to reach out to see when they will arrive to no reply. I have lost £180 from 3 items.
