Great help offered on purchase and great use in my beach hut.
What a company, fantastic, communication so good and very quick, excellent response time, and so helpful couldn't recommend highly enough.
All my fault being honest,I assumed that a 3000 v2 and 2000 v2 would be capable of running what I required. Even the 3000 won't fire up my 1800w air fryer or my 1400w microwave. I'm told now these are inductive machines and the inverter can't handle them.What bugs me is a 2000s allpowers unit that is supposedly not as powerful runs either,wasted £2500 on two nice machines to run a small kettle and coffee maker. At the time of my previous review I had the Allpowers running the microwave and air fryer and hadn't tried the Jackery. Check thoroughly before buying. The customer service is exemplary though.
I Literally saved up for the Jackery v1000 with solar panels for my Pizza business. Jackery are The Very Best on the Market and I will be sending them demo videos shortly as I will be getting another one. It's a game changer and so very useful
Had a jackery breakdown. Contacted Jackery, within days had a replacement couriered to me. Not only does Jackery makes the best power stations they stand behind there products like no other company.
Really useful bit of kit. Bought it for the campervan when off grid. Easy to use. Easy instructions. So far, really happy.
BUYER BEWARE. terrible customer service. My product was shipped with a defective solar panel port on the power station. I have exchanged 25 emails with jackery.co.uk in 2 weeks, multiple requests for videos using this cable or that and all proved that there was a short on my power station. After all of that they would like to just replace the cable. Who has times to play these mind games? If you want to get very angry and gain a new pen pal this might be the product for you but I have had enough and requested a refund. even providing evidence of a fault is not enough to get them to send me a replacement.

I am extremely disappointed that a 12v dc to dc charger is not available for the uk market.

I urgently required a 12v Automotive charging cable to start my car following my return from holiday. I contacted Jackery and received the item within 36 hours . Superb service.
I was considering buying the newly announced Battery system.
I changed my mind along the process as the site is extremely commercial, with almost no way to find technical details on the new system (missing round trip efficiency, efficiency, standby power use).
The help functionality did not work (the round button bottom right), while my mailbox filled with at least 6 mails in two days (pre-sale, launch+discount code, what is in shopping card, and two random advertisements). While I was almost buying: the discount code they sent (NIEUW100) was not working.
Changed my mind, have now ordered another system where I know what I can expect because documentation is clear and complete.
A small hint for your marketing: buying a 3000€ system with 10-15 years run time needs different marketing than a pair of socks.

I bought a Jackery 2000 pro in late 2024 direct from Jackery. How I wish I had done my research first….
Not only did the unit completely fail the experience with their customer services as been woeful and resulted in an outcome that can be described at best as misleading and at worst, outright fraud.
Let me explain: after contacting Jackery support it took nearly a week to get any sort of meaningful answer after they insisted I did a series of pointless tests and videos to prove the unit was dead. To be clear, the unit wouldn’t turn on so I ended up sending a dozen or so pictures and videos or a lifeless electrical unit and was repeatedly asked to try ‘common-sense’ solutions like, have you tried another AC supply? Or, have you checked the charging cable isn’t damaged? The customer service team replied roughly every 30 hours so it took a week or back and forth answering stupid emails to reach a point where they accepted it was in fact dead.
They offered a replacement but not for the unit I had bought which cost £1374 - instead they would only replace it with the inferior 2000v2 which was retailing at £999. Obviously that was very disappointing but I eventually accepted.
The returns process was done entirely at my inconvenience having to ship the item back before they would replace but eventually after a 10 days or so my replacement arrived. However, I was dismayed to find that the replacement they had sent me wouldn’t fully charge - initially I thought it was another faulty item but after researching the particular charging issue I discovered that they had sent me a SECOND HAND REFURBED unit that was still bound to the previous owner’s online Jackery account. What a total fraud….
So, a premium item fails and, after a load of hassle, is replaced with a cheaper second hand version and no new warranty. Not only is it totally unacceptable to replace with a refurb, the fact Jackery didn’t make it clear that’s what they were doing is the kind of underhand tactics you’d expect from a car-boot seller.
Be warned. I’m not the only one. Looking at the forums there are countless issues with Jackery products and similar experiences with customer service although I haven’t found anyone who was being ripped off quite as badly as I was.

Terrible terrible customer service? Problem after problem with my jackery v 3000 also the solar panels are terrible I got 2 x 200 wats solar panels total 400 watts and I am very lucky to get in 100 watts? And they cost a fortune each to buy my true option stay well back because as soon as a problem comes customer service not got a clue

My jackery had discharged and not working contacted them sent a video as requested
And returned the item . They replaced it within two days of the return great customer service
