Pessimi, direi..inqualificabili!
Ho selezionato un prodotto, profumo e crema, comprensivo di beauty case, con costo maggiorato. Nel sito c'era anche la soluzione del kit profumo e crema con astuccio a un prezzo inferiore (10€) ma io ho scelto beauty case perchè volevo fare un regalo. Mi arriva il pacco nel kit c'è profumo e crema e astuccio. Li contatto e mi dicono che l'azienda sceglie se mettere uno o l'altro, ma scusate allora perchè sul vostro sito mettete entrambi i kit a costi diversi? LE SCATOLE SONO DIVERSE E RAPPRESENTANO IL CONTENUTO. Non rispondono a questo, ma dicono che se voglio posso rendere il prodotto con spese a mio carico. INQUALIFICABILI!

Falsche Lieferung und das Unternehmen weist alle Schuld von sich - nie wieder!

NON COMPRATE NULLA. NON ESISTE POLITICA DI RESO… SE SBAGLIATE NON TI RILASCIANO ETICHETTA DI RESO. VERAMENTE INAFFIDABILI.

Son unos estafadores, el producto es una burda imitación y encima cuando les pillas dicen que tienen facturas y que todo esta correcto que ellos no tienen la culpa y que apechugues con el producto.
Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente y cero interés en solucionar el problema.

2 mal etwas bestellt und beide male wurde die Bestellung storniert, da angeblich das Transportunternehmen das Paket verloren oder beschädigt hatte.

Nachlieferung in beiden fällen nicht möglich.

Geld aber wieder zurückbekommen.

Ich habe mehrere Artikel bestellt und nach nun vergangenen 8 Wochen nichts erhalten. Mein Geld wurde immer noch nicht komplett erstattet. Je nach Lust und Laune erhält man eine Antwort. Oft erst nach dem man mit schlechten Bewertungen droht. Es werden irgendwelche Ausreden erfunden und gelogen bis sich die Balken biegen.
Ich werde nie mehr dort etwas bestellen und würde es auch niemandem empfehlen

Ich musste dort eine Bestellung aufgeben, da es den Artikel den ich wollte sonst absolut nirgendwo gab.

Aus den Versprochenen 3-5 Tage Lieferung wurden 10 Tage ohne dass das Paket ankam, hab dann eine Mail an den Shop geschrieben und eine Standardantwort bekommen die inhaltlich so gut wie gar nichts mit meiner Mail zu tun hatte.. 3 Tage drauf war das Paket dann aber auch da.

Was halt auch lächerlich ist, sind 3 Euro Gebühren dafür, per Paypal zu zahlen..

Werde dort nicht mehr einkaufen, auch wenn das Produkt am Ende geliefert wurde und keine Beschädigungen oder sonstiges aufwies.

Non comprate mai su questo sito, ho pagato 9€ la spedizione e ho ordinato 12 giorni fa, e ancora nulla anche se sul sito era scritto 4-5 gironi lavorativi, non risponde nessuno, Non comprate mai qui

Pessimo! Non acquisterò mai più da loro. Dopo 20 giorni ancora non è arrivato niente. Pessimo servizio, altro che 2/3 giorni

Die angegebene Lieferzeit von 3-4 Tagen wurde nicht eingehalten. Die Bestellung wurde erst nach 4-5 Tagen versendet und vom Support gibt es nur ausreden, dass die Logistikdienstleister ausgelastet sind. Der Logistikdienstleister kann nichts dafür, wenn Bestellungen seitens Vesira viel zu spät verschickt werden. Das erste und letzte mal Vesira. Danke

The worse customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered a fragrance from the site almost a month ago and I still have not received the item. When I email the contact email address they simply tell me it’s on the way and there is nothing they can do. They then locked me out of my account. Stay as far away from this company as possible

Ho acquistato una sola volta su questo sito, però mi sono trovata bene. Ho anche fatto una domanda sull'oggetto e mi hanno risposto quasi subito.

Por precio, por servicio y por atención empresa excelente. Muy recomendable.

Bought a loreal lipstick for my girlfriend's birthday. Came without any closing sticker and full of scratches, like used... Sent a few emails asking for a solution, they just answered the first one:

Mi sono trovata molto bene, rapporto qualità ottimo. Non do 5 stelle solo perchè il pacco mi è stato recapitato dopo 6 giorni lavorativi e non 3/4 come c'è scritto sul loro sito web.

Bought 2 x gucci bloom gift sets.

Was fake!

Emailed them and no reply.

Claimed money back through bank.!
