Ordered mousse online from their picture because since being taken over by loreal it has change after sales totally ignored me. Don't deal with this company.

At the end of February 2020 I ordered a bottle of Calvin Klein Eternity Perfume 100ml for my sister's birthday in March 2020, the package arrived & upon opening the bottle I discovered the bottle was damp, at first I felt that it was just moisture and didn't think anything of it 💝 on the day of my sister's birthday my sister straight away said that the package was in fact damp

When the cellophane was taken off it was discovered that half the bottle had leaked out, straight away I sent a email off to the company explained the situation, but all I received was a message saying that you only have 24 Hours to report faulty goods which I don't think is right for consumers

There's no way I would purchase anything more from this company, avoid like the plague

Extremely bad customer service, products they sell not available. Avoid Vesira.com. Ordered items, got shipment confirmation of all of them, then couple of hours later info via email that key items were out stock (so how they had shipped them before). Tried to cancel and was refused. Stay away.

Servizio pessimo.Spedito dopo qualche ora una mai di annullare il mio ordine più volte a distanza di qualche ora una dal altra.Non mi l’hanno risposto.Dopo due giorni ho ricevuto una mail da loro che la merce stata spedita.
Non rispondono ne via mail ne al tel.Immagini sul sito non corrispondono alla merce che vendono.Serge Lutens in versione palais royal da 100 ml non esiste,solo da 50 mi.
Guerlain Shalimar da 30 ml sulla foto con la versione di 10 anni fa.

Ho speso 70 euro e a parte l'attesa troppo lunga,nella scatola neanche un campioncino,cosa che gli altri siti fanno,e con quella cifra spesa mi sarei aspettato le spese di spedizione incluse,non lo so se ne vale la pena acquistare qui.L'unica cosa positiva è che hanno molta scelta

Ciao non comprate spedizioni lunghissime c’è scritto spedizione 3-4 giorni paghi la spedizione è la spedizione non è ancora arrivata.VERGOGNATEVI sono passati 10 giorni ancora nulla.Da evitare

I have ordered twice from this company and the items arrived in a reasonable time considering they were coming from Spain. Packing was good. The only reason it is four instead of five stars is that one item was missing even though it was included on the packing note. On notifying them I was told it had been our of stock and the money was quickly refunded. But it does make you wonder what was going on there. So if you use them check they have included all you have bought.

Advised order would be delivered 3-4 days; took 13 days! Contacted vevsira several times; received only one standard/ generic response. Was not as advertised on their website. First and definitely last time I will order from them again. Total disappointment.

I ordered two bottles of the same perfume which was a limited edition and no longer available on the high street. The order took just over a week to arrive. When I opened the box I was very pleased. I would recommend this website & will purchase again.

Beware fraudulent company! Have taken money and not sent order. please beware when 'googling' for the cheapest supplier.

Shocking customer service, if you can even call it that!
Ordered some items for Christmas on the 13th of December. Delivery stayed 4 to 5 days. Nothing recieved by 20th so checked account and order was showing as not even dispatched yet. Sent an email to enquire when they will be sent and got no response, checked order status again on 23rd and it says order refunded but no payment has gone back in the bank yet. And I have had no communication from vesira at all about this since their order confirmation email!

Spent £70 on a small bottle of Jo Malone perfume to give as a present. Chose Vesira specifically as they had it in stock and were a perfume retailer. Very disappointed to receive the 30ml spray without a box ! Makes the product look of dubious quality if the supplier cannot sell it in its oru=iginal box. Needless to say there was no warning on the website that this would be the case (or, er, lack of it).
