Even 1 star is generous. Product was allegedly delivered by Royal Mail who placed the item in an unsecured wheelie bin that appeared to not be at the correct property and, as a result, I have not received the product. I have sent an email detailing this and had no response.

Update as of 08/09: contacted this dreadful company twice by e-mail and they haven’t even had the decency to reply!

Wedding planner book was exactly as description with couples names on front and a sticker with message on it. It arrived when it said it would and was well packaged. Very happy with it.
