Easy to deal with sorted over the phone removal and adding of craft, had a claim last year due to damage and was resolved easy and fast, great to work with when Scouting is done voluntarily.

Really good and bespoke service, ensuring we can feel safe that ourselves and our customers are well protected should the need arise. Great service from Unity
I contacted the person our District deal with (Kirsten Scarborough). I found her to be knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She was also very pleasant to deal with. She arranged our cover speedily and I felt assured that everything was in order.

Excellent Customer Service
The customer service provided was exceptional. Prahsan was very helpful in arranging a short extension while we waited to get out cover signed off by our Exec. He checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, including re-evaluation of our premises to ensure we got the best deal.
