Terrible purchasing experience
Terrible purchasing experience. You will lose me as a customer and I am at Platinum level. I received the birthday email for 20% off so clicked to make my regular purchase but 20% didn’t come off in the cart so I reached out to customer service and we went back and forth for 4 days with them telling me the same thing. I gave up and placed an order anyway but at checkout didn’t get free shipping like I always do or like it says all over your site. Terrible way to run a business and you won’t be getting my money anymore. I’ve been a customer for 5 years. Very sad.

Triactive Resilience Probiome Serum
I LOVE this serum. I am really selective about the products I use on my skin. I don't bother wasting any more money on the products my dermatologist offers—they have been such a waste of my money. But, I cannot say the same about ESPA. I was introduced through a spa that used their products, and I am hooked. This serum especially is just amazing. I love how it feels and smells. I use it once a day, each morning. It is expensive, but a little goes a long way. You only need a few drops for your whole face. I've loved all the ESPA products I've tried. Definitely recommend.

The only skin care products I can use
The only skin care products I can use. I have sensitive skin and I have always struggled with facial products due to breakouts and hives I had a facial and they used these products and my face felt amazing and I didn’t have a reaction. I am so happy I found ESPA.

This took too long to be delivered
This took too long to be delivered. When I got the product, the dropper was clogged by a crusty film. The dropper is useless/non-functional and I can't get the product out of the bottle. You can rest assured I will NOT be buying more of your product. I would like a refund!!!

I first found ESPA products in Iceland…
I first found ESPA products in Iceland of all places--and the 24-hour-moisturizer makes my perpetually dry skin feel smooth and "safe" from wind and the elements. I'm now branching out to other ESPA products, including the exfoliator. Expensive--but worth it. I won't travel without it.

I generally love the website
I generally love the website, but I was having a weird issue where you couldn’t ship scrunchies and a bundle (but could ship the individual items in the bundle) to my house which was disappointing and didn’t make much sense.
