Love the Product
Easy to order. Love the shampoo. One of the hotels in Europe had it and I fell in love with it so I went on my search. So happy I found where I can get it.

I could not use check out method I wanted
I could not use PayPal like I usually do. It was very frustrating and took too long to check out. Also while I value "deal codes" I couldn't tell if they even worked. And your most of your free samples were not products I like (hair mud and crystals). Please offer more variety if you're going to go through the process of offering them at all.
I do appreciate the quick kind response to my review by the espa team. Thank you kindly. I really love your products and hope checkout gets easier next time.

Had to cancel order because website…
Had to cancel order because website changed delivery address to wrong address after payment was submitted . Tried customer support several times. Unable to reach anyone via email. No telephone # listed. Love the products but poor customer service. Too much of a hassle to resolve issues. Will not be a return customer.

While I like your products see website issues
While I like your products, unfortunately your website doesn't offer all of the products that I've had exposure to for example. For example i was looking for your shampoo, condition and gel in pump bottles all with the same, Bergamot & Jasmine fragrance.I couldnt find it. In addition while you're offering refills for the conditioner, where are the refills for the shampoo or the hand soap or gel? Why only conditioner? Also you toll free (844) number is not working from the United States. I thought I was having a problem because I'm in Puerto Rico, but I had two people one in New York and one in Florida called the number and got the same error message on the number. I've tried to communicate with you by email, but the responses I get were not responsive. Anyway, I placed the order as best as I could. I'm more than happy to discuss this if you call.

Efficient checkout with shipping to Canada! We tried your products on a recent cruise in Europe and wanted to buy some here. I would have given a 5 star except you do not offer Bergamot & Jasmine shampoo to Canada....why not?

I wish Espa would have the option to…
I wish Espa would have the option to not include the muslin cloths when ordering the Nourishing Cleansing Balm. I’ve been using Nourishing Cleansing Balm for years and have way too many of the muslin cloths.
