I have been using ESPA for 5 years now…
I have been using ESPA for 5 years now and love the facial products. Cleansers, hydrating spray , oil and moisturizer. . Also many of the masks.
Only disappointed was the free gift selection was not available. Those small gifts are great for traveling and just a nice bonus. That is the only sad comment. Love ESPA

Mini promo was fake
My order was supposed to come with two "minis" as part of the sale/promotion. It only allowed me to select one, saying that was all that was in store k. Disappointed the promotion offered was false.

I love my ESPA products and shopping on their site is easy. I especially love the free shipping! PayPal doesn’t seem to work for me when it’s time to pay. But I still come back because of how much I love the products.

This is hands down the best cleanser I’ve ever used. Unlike most cleansers that leave my skin feeling dry, this one leaves it incredibly soft and hydrated. I’m genuinely amazed at how moisturized my skin feels, to the point where I don’t even need to apply cream afterward unless I want to. Truly a game-changer!

Almost perfect
Almost perfect. The only thing is ESPA always offers a promotional item (gift with purchase) but then does not add it to cart & there’s no way for customer to add to cart. This has happened before. Too bad. If you reach out to them they say it’s too late. The products themselves are always amazing!
