Be careful if you choose Us Relocation!! (The people we were in contact was: Carlos, Chris, Andy and Sam) My husband and I moved from Illinois to Florida and we lived a nightmare choosing them. I made estimates with several companies, but when I spoke with Carlos, he gave me confidence because he was very kind and left me a thousand messages to guaranteed their job, his estimate was not the cheapest, but the important thing for us was to trust the people we were going to hire and Carlos did a good job of making me believe in him. This company is disorganized and do not take responsibility for losses. The 1st problem I had was their punctuality, we agreed that they would be at my house on Monday, June 24 at 9:00 am. It was 11:00 am and they had not arrived, when I called they didn't even know what was happening, finally, they arrived almost at 1:00pm (we had plans to travel early that day which we could not do). When Sam and the movers finally arrived to pack, the movers broke the TV stand (that was the 1st thing damaged). The packers told us that they had already notified Sam and he was taking pictures, of course they never took pictures. After that, one of the boys was eating chips sitting on my mattress without protection and with his fingers full of food coloring. I have no problem that he was eating but I think they should not do it in the rooms when they are packing. 2nd: I had some large items that I was going to leave because we no longer used them so I took them to the sidewalk and one of the movers asked me if he could take them, I said of course and he put them in the truck, the problem was when they had to leave our belongings because they no longer fit in the truck. When Sam was at the house supervising we mentioned to him that we were expecting our belongings that week (we had never moved before and we mistakenly thought it would only take a week) he did not clarify that we were not going to have our things so soon, he realized that we were in error but he did not bother to tell us. I really would have appreciated the gesture of clarifying that the moving was going to take 16 days it would have been very helpful if he had been clear with us at that moment so we could have prepared better by packing more clothes and things that we would need, after that moment every time I called to find out if they already had a delivery date Chris was very rude and answered very badly and they told me that they would call me again but they never returned my calls. Finally, when the move arrived on July 10, only one man and his wife came in the truck. The man asked me if I wanted him to leave my things in the garage, to which I replied of course not after that he started asking me how he was going to put everything in their place because it was going to be so complicated I was just thinking how this man was asking me this kind of questions? I told him that they had to bring the things into the house and put them in their correct place because that was what Sam told us would happen. However, I began to receive calls from Chris asking me to make the second payment I didn't understand how they were expecting me to complete the payment if they hadn't started unpacking and they didn't even have enough staff to do it. After two hours of waiting, two more people arrived to help. When they opened the truck the first thing I saw was one of my mattresses without plastic and completely dirty, even the same man told me that he couldn't believe that they had brought my mattress up without protection and that now it was all damaged, when they finished unloading the things they left everything unassembled, when I asked the man to do it he told me that they hadn't hired him for that, that he had only been told that he had to unload the things.... they left everything wrapped in plastic, many things arrived damaged and dirty, one of my husband's jack handles was lost.... I felt very bad with my husband because he had already chosen another company and I convinced him to change to this one, big mistake!! after this whole nightmare I can say that the estimate was $6,500 at the end we paid $9,500 and that's ok if it's a professional company but this company gives a terrible service and they are going to return us $75.00 for the damaged things not to mention that filling out the claim is a very long and tedious process. I thought I hired US Relocation but the name of the brokers was Move it USA. Nightmare please be careful and hire someone else!!!!

The moving crew showed up in time and did a great job of moving my household items safely and without damaging anything. I was very impressed with their professionalism and great attitude.
Two men and a truck
This company was very professional. They arrived at the time they said they would. The two men got right to work moving the things that I asked them. Some of my boxes had come undone, they taped them up. We had scheduled the move to take 3 hours, it took 5 hours. There were no complaints, or slow down. I will recommend them to anyone needing to move.

If I could give less that 1 star I would. It is unfortunate that another person went through this experience. I left a Google review stating how terrible this experience was but of course, it can not be found.
After my move on 8/16 I noticed that many items that were not replaceable were missing. I brought this to the attention of the company, who outsourced my move, and there was no assistance but a request to remove the review for $100. That would not replace my deceased grandmothers items, nor the items from other countries that went missing (from a move less than 1 mile away - literally around the corner).
Then I was told to give an account of the items that were lost and file a claim... I have heard no word and it has been 3 weeks.
Save yourself the trouble. I do not know what changed from when I used this company 2 years ago, but you will not be satisfied and your items will be misplaced.
It seems that instead of solving the issue, they removed themselves from Google review and went to Trustpilot. Don't walk... RUN!

This company is a complete scam from beginning to end. All employees use fake names, the same employees will speak to you and tell you they are someone else. The way it’s supposed to work is they are a broker and hand the “job” over to someone local to you. That only happens a fraction of the time. What in fact happens is they have several companies they own themselves that they self-refer to. They also have friends or family in other states that have the same business so they send referrals to each other.
In my case Mr.Andy Smith went himself to pick up my things in Florida, he packed it himself. Keep in mind he’s the broker.
I was not given a date for drop off, I have an extensive call log and email trail of all my correspondence to them. Finally I’m told a possible date and that someone would reach out to confirm.
The person Mike from “Always affordable moving and storage “ located in Raritan NJ supposedly called me twice. Turns out he did, no message was ever left. I would think if you are calling from a company to discuss a business matter, you leave a message with your information.
We did a three way call and Mr.Smith and Mike did a good job of pretending they did not know each other and basically put the blame on each other. It’s a ploy to make you feel like they are helping you. They also had me Zelle the first payment after I was told I could pay on a credit card.
When my furniture arrived my couch was broken and drenched in some type of chemical that has a strong odor. My couch is sticky,the cushions stick to your butt. So there is no way Mr.Mike didn’t notice that. As soon as he got out of the Van he stuck papers in my face to sign without me even checking if the furniture was even mine. I was asked to sign a piece of paper said I was happy with the driver and no problems, this was done rushing while I was inspecting the glassware.
Mike knew then something was wrong and just wanted to get out as quickly as possible. No more than 5 minutes after they left I went in and sat on the wet couch. I called him and Andy and the 2nd nightmare began.
They will give you the runaround and lie. Tape all phone calls “I did” . I have them admitting who picked up and packaged my things and that they were perfect.

these are the absolute worst people out there they broke my 75 inch sony tv in march 2024 i been trying to talk to them since then its august and they just told me they have been responding to me which they haven't ... i'm going to sue them just out of principal.

The company they sent to move me was not reliable as for as meeting the contract. The contract stated they would dissemble the furniture and reassemble it at the new location. They not only didn’t reassemble it they used 2 different crew and weren’t sure how to reassemble the furniture. Most of the screws and nuts were missing. The put tape directly on the wood of my furniture and ruined the finish. I asked for a quarter of the payment back since the only did 3/4 of the work and they are playing ignore the calls. I will have to sue them to get it back most likely. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Quality Customer Service
I had to move on short notice and Chris made it happen for me. The movers showed up on time. They took great care handling all of my items. I was very impressed with their professionalism as well. This company deserves a Five Star Performance. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Great experience with the move process! Chris Herald (Move co-ordinator) was very helpful in co-ordinating with me, always available when called and did great support. His timely connect with transportation stakeholders is awesome. Much appreciated!!! Would also like to appreciate the guidance provided by Vincent Jacob to arrive at estimates and arranging plan of travel. Overall, I'm very much satisfied and would vouch for future moves.
