The movers showed up on time. They were ready to jump in and start unloading our truck immediately. They were courteous, helpful and STRONG!! I totally would recommend this service. They communicated at all stages of the planning process. I totally would use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE TO YOU EVERY SINGLE DAY. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A CREDIT OF $100 FOR 15 DAYS.

They did ok. One guy couldn't stay off his phone. Had to pickup their trash after they left.

I would work with US Relocation moving company again. The crew was organized, on time, and very hardworking. They showed up as scheduled and got right to work, which helped the whole process run smoothly.

The movers were friendly and easy to work with, and it was clear they were experienced and capable when it came to handling furniture. They worked efficiently as a team and kept things moving without any issues.

They emptied three trucks in just four hours, all while staying positive and professional. We really appreciated their effort, their attitude, and how they made the move feel much less stressful for us.

Overall, a solid, reliable crew that I would recommend.

When we arrived in Virginia from NC the price went from $1700 to $2700 as we debated this insane increase of a $1000, they threatened to take my furniture an put it in storage until I paid them, I gave them $400 extra , all I had! Not to lose my furniture an not to have a bed to sleep on that night. They damaged my dresser, broke my wood standing trays, broke the leg on my desk, the arm on my leather couch an more! Vincent left the company an thats why I chose to use them again he left after I reserved the move but these new people dont care!!! They tried to tell me I agreed to a $180 a hour! Which I would NEVER do because Im a senior citizen on a fixed income. I will never use this company again. Seniors Beware!

You are the worst piano moving company that I have ever used. I am a well-known concert pianist (Dickran Atamian, look it up!) You charged my management 7K (2 pianos move) for the worst move in history!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want to call and talk I am at 310 254 7149. You should refund a major part of that to her. That would be the least you could do. But you don't care, do you???????

Reply after asking if they thought $15 damage reimbursement for a broken chair was acceptable. Drivers showed up 2 hours late with a much smaller truck that couldn't hold all the items.
Hello Sir, we’ve provided you with a total discount of $185 to account for the smaller truck and the damages. Please note, we still need to pay the crew for 5.5 hours of work, but we’ve charged you a very reasonable rate. Normally, we only offer a $50–$60 discount, so $185 is a generous adjustment.

Haven't had the movers show up yet so I'm not completely sure about the move it's but I'm giving it 5 stars just on customer service. I talked to Chase Farrell and he was absolutely amazing! He was very helpful and admitted his mistake instead of just letting me have an extra $200 added which is very appreciated. I've always had very bad social anxiety which included me always dreading phone calls but he put me right at ease which makes the whole experience 110% better. Will update the review after the move.

I have never been so offended or disrespected as a consumer than this company who basically ripped me off.. I was yelled at by a mover who stood on the bed rails of my king size bed and broke the metal then replied I've never seen metal break while holding the broken piece in his hand. As a senior citizen and a widow I believe I was discriminated against by my age and gender. The guys were ill prepared no power tools or proper tools. I ended up lending the mover an Allen wrench because he only had a few no ladders no power tools and their ill equipped and lack of knowledge cost me money and time.. US relocation guy Alex begged the guy on speaker to move my 2500 refrigerator but they said they don't disconnect water line or disconnect washer hose both which were under contract to be moved..After reporting my accounts to Akex he and Curtis the mover promised they would come back the next day if I could get those appliances disconnected, they said they would just to get me to pay. I ASKED For that in writing from both Alex and Curtis the mover neither would do so after promising to do so..My furniture was dropped multiple times... While at the storage unit Curtis was yelling at me while Im on the phone with US relocation. Well the next day at agreed time of 10 no movers and now the bait and switch each company denying accountability and avoiding calls .I left message and Alex called back stating he would call the contracted company Dielman Moving both US relocation and Dielman offer poor and shady customer service. DIELMAN mover Curtis said I would now need to pay 450 additional dollar after paying 975 the day before to US Relocation..Curtis then said if I pard them I could sue U S relocation because they should have known their company couldn't unhook refrigerator and washer. I am angry and have a contract and it seemingly means nothing to Use these resources that offer referrals to unknowing consumers is extremely unethical.. Trust Pilot do you vet the people how many compliant does it take for you to remove the people from your data base..
Even Google gives warning of certain companies reputation..I have been sleepless in St.Louis and I have a deadline to move and I have to find and pay and still get someone to move the my refrigerator and washer ..my bed is still broken Alex said he would send forms for damage repayment..No he dud Not ..I was afraid they would throw or keep my items on the truck.. I felt like I was held hostage to pay and was afraid after the mover Curtis was yelling at me.. Alex then said I should talk to Kevin who sent me back to Alex. Whoever Gerald was didn't want to be bother and sent me to Alex voicemail. I thought going to supposed professional would yield peaceful results. MY Anxiety is through the roof...Please anyone looking to use this Company don't. What grown man stands on someone's bed as if it's nothing..He treated and US relocation treated me like I was nothing . I will be proceeding further with this.

Oh by the way I was never informed they contracted the mover to local movers never heard of Dielman Moving and storage both should Never call themselves Professional
