The staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable; nothing is too much bother for them and if it is a new query they will break it down for you. I also like the fact one person deals with you until the end of your query; you are very rarely passed to other people this helps with trust and continuity.

Helpful team, processes are a little clunky
Team are always very helpful and quick to respond- often request information that is not requested with the forms which causes some back and forth- ie information about employment of an ex trustee etc. Maybe the process can be more streamlined to make it more obvious what information and documents are required initially to avoid delays.

Personable and responsive

VISION plan with UTMOST - BEWARE
With regard to the VISION plan with UTMOST--BEWARE
Good fund options, but ruined by astronomical fees
The Fees: The internal management and administration charges to run this Vision plan are huge. Over the lifetime of the policy, these aggressive fees wil wipe out 75% of plan
The Tax: The Irish exit tax is painfully high at 38% on the profit, which swallowed another 10.01% of the total growth.
The Verdict: Between the massive company fees and the exit tax, 85.31% of the total investment growth was completely eaten up. If you live in ireland you wil at best get a net profit of just 15% the plan's growth after a 15-year commitment.
You do get your lump sum back and the tax is handled smoothly at source, but the massive fee drag makes this a very poor policy. Look elsewhere if you want to keep the returns your money actually makes.
