Access of account and pention payment
After much dificulty authentication numbers refused on microsoft authentication, google authentication did not funtion. So I still can transfer any of my funds to cash to pay my pention

Fee amendment
This was an old policy so I had to go through the main phone line to find the correct department, so that could be improved. However once speaking with Zian Naeem he provided great customer service & helped me with the information and form I needed.
He emailed the process of returning the form once signed by the trustees too.
