Amazing Service
VADO are amazing, i have had communication with them for at least 3 years and they are so helpful. You can send them an email and someone will respond to you, they go above and beyond to assist you. Shower hose was leaking. Called Vado and spoke to Adam. He sent me an email so I could reply with the information required.
Shower hose arrived the following morning.

Very efficient dealing with Vado
Vado were amazing to deal with. I bought a Vado product because of the excellent quality. However, I had to contact them because of a damaged bath waste I'd had installed a few years ago. They replaced the damaged bath waste immediately. It arrived the next day. Excellent service.

Spares Enquiry
I asked Ross to quote a spares reference number for our Vado shower. He literally went above and beyond. I described the component (shape, diameter etc.) He returned my call with the information I required, and advised me where I could source the components locally. In addition, to make sure we were talking about the same item, Ross emailed me a picture of the part and other tech' details. STERLING SERVICE! Thanks ever so much.

Poor Quality / Design flawed product
Have a VADO floor mounted tap, the diverter pin cap weld failed after a few months. Its an obvious design fault which VADO does not want to accept. I keep going in circles with their support team so just decided to get rid of this substandard overpriced item so don’t have to deal with this brand again.

Wow what a great company to deal with
Wow what a great company to deal with. So very helpful and courteous. Ros in Product Support was amazing as was the lady who dealt with me on answering the phone (sorry didn’t get your name). My shower is 15 years old and the plumber couldn’t locate the part and recommended a new shower! I contacted Vado direct, sent photos and got the correct replacement part within 2 days. Such a shame all companies we deal with don’t have the same level of customer care. Well done Vado 👍

Great customer service! I brough VADO products for my kitchen and bathroom as I had heard about their superior quality. They look FAB and I've found the after sales to be super too. Adam Hawkins helped me register all 14 products for extended warranties and was so friendly and patient - I really am so glad I chose VADO.
