Super fast delivery
Unfortunately the flow aerators that were delivered didn’t fit my mixer tap. The correct flow aerators were quickly identified by Jess and dispatched the same day I telephoned. Less than 24 hours later the correct part was delivered. How’s that for service.

Vado’s technical department is…
Vado’s technical department is absolutely first class. I got through by phone straight away with having to go through a complex selection process. I was greeted byAndrew who could not have been more helpful . He went above and beyond to make sure I knew the exact part number for my small replacement part. On finding out that all stockists were out of stock he offered to send it direct to me. Whilst it wasn’t an expensive product I just couldn’t get hold of it. Andrew solved my problem and it was delivered the next morning! I will definitely use them again

I recently contacted Vado to discuss a fault with my shower. The shower had been fitted as part of a new build in 2021 and had ceased working. I spoke with Shaun a Vado engineer. His knowledge, expertise and most importantly his customer service was exemplary. Having confirmed the product was still within its warranty he was able to diagnose the issue from the digital fault code and once I was able to provide specific details of the product and new build background information he supplied a new CPU part to replace the faulty one. Absolutely first class service. Thank you Shaun.

I contacted the team regarding a fault with my taps under a new build warranty, and Holly responded immediately. She quickly identified the parts required, provided helpful fitting information, and arranged for them to be dispatched straight away. I received the parts the very next day!

Outstanding customer service! VADO were extremely helpful and sent us a replacement thermostatic valve for a shower installed by the previous owners of our house at no cost (which unfortunately didn't fit) and then another (which fitted perfectly).

Bought a new build home full of Vado…
Bought a new build home full of Vado stuff, now 10 years down the line the shower has stopped working. Vado offered no help, said the shower now is discontinued and offered no alternative other than to rip out our en-suite, tiling and roof apart to change to a new shower! Don’t go for this company, too fancy for their own good, will defo go for a normal shower next time.
Update after contacting them as asked to from below reply to be told again, the same thing, that there is nothing they can do because the shower is discontinued, not even advice on what my options are to have a new system put in…. NOTHING! I am still left with having to rip my toilet and ceiling apart to get a working shower. I repeat don’t go with this company or these pointless showers that you cannot easily fix or change

Ross and Kate from Vado Customer Support were brilliant. Vado products have an exceptional quality. If ever I have a query or issue the customer service is patient, knowledgeable and help me every time. This time I replaced a shower head with a Nebula one and they helped me work out what my product was and what I could use. Just what you need when you don’t know where to start. I can’t thank them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vado.
