Always a clean, quiet bus. Professional, polite drivers. Attentive baggage handlers. Most importantly, always on time departure. Arrival times will vary sometimes...but that is due to traffic and not to anything Vamoose can control. Used Vamoose for half a dozen trips and counting and see no need to take another bus line.

Agent was efficient, polite and friendly. Made sure that I was properly credited with accumulated points and bonuses.

The bus was clean, the decor updated. The Vamoose staff were very helpful and the whole process was easier and more pleasant than we imagined. The bus was on time and the trip relatively quick. Before even boarding the bus one can get the New York Times and a bottle water. The VaMoose bus is a comfortable bus. It is a pleasant and easy way to get to NYC. I would definitely recommend the bus.

I have consistently experienced my travels with Vamoose and Vamoose 'Gold' Bus service from Rosslyn, VA to NYC excellent, particularly on Vamoose 'Gold' with the first-class leather seats configuration of 2-1 seating.
The one-seater located on the starboard side (right) of the bus is ideal for single travellers!
Very clean on-board accomodations.

Overall outstanding experience. The booking online is very fast and easy. The bus was right on time, it was clean and well maintained, the driver was courteous and safe. Both the trip from DC to NYC and back went very well. I would highly recommend Vamoose to anybody.

I feel very safe drivers seem to be very experienced and relaxed. They don't seem to feel that they have to overtake any cars on the road. Passengers are of a good caliber.

I have been traveling with VAMOOSE for a while now and I enjoy the service, comfort, promptness and great prices they offer. All my trips up to NYC have been pleasant except the one I took in March 2015. There was an incident where a passenger brought liquor on the bus and became aggressive and belligerent with the passenger behind him. I wrote to VAMOOSE and no one ever bother to reply to my complaint or at least acknowledge me.

I took the Vamoos Gold Bus from Rosslyn to NYC and back and it was a great experience!

Leaving NYC at 7pm on Wed. May 13th, the bus driver was busy talking (on the phone or another passenger?) when our bus and a box truck were vying for space on the road as we were entering the tunnel. After the laying on of horns by both vehicles, the box truck sideswiped the mirror of the bus and sped off. A police officer appeared immediately and notes were taken and we were on our way after 15 minutes. Why did the bus driver have to decide to be first (although he did have the right-of-way) when an obnoxious truck driver thought the same thing and could have put the bus in danger? Especially a day after the Amtrak accident!

I love the service.
I would love a frequent traveler program with preferred seating/boarding...

Have they squeezed more seats on the bus? It seemed more cramped than the last time I went.
I could not get the wifi to work with my iPad, and I used it on a previous trip.

It was an OK trip because of the price.

In general, I have had a good experience with your service and find it reliable. The only comment and/or observation is that it would be good to have a bus stop where passengers waiting to board the bus could sit down instead of being on our feet, which is very tiring.

The buses are always clean and (traffic permitting) arrive on time to location. They are organized and polite when boarding/on the bus. The phone customer service people are exceptionally nice and helpful with questions. If only they were a tad cheaper ($80 round trip can be a bit pricey!)

I've been using Vamoose for several years now and have always been very satisfied with their service. Buses are clean, with modern technology, drivers are courteous and informative.
