I ordered quite a few vapes at once, by the time I opened one of them it did not work. I emailed customer service to see how they handle purchases that do not work. I got a nasty and rude reply that did not answer my question at all. They replied saying “do you know what day it is? you are WAY past the return time” …. Ok? but you didn’t even answer my question. Just wanted to know the process for if it happened again in the future.

I had an issue with my order and contacted customer service via their website. The next day, I was contacted by Steve, who apologized and graciously corrected the situation. I am overwhelmed with the service he provided. I just naturally was expecting a fight but he listened and offered a solution. Thank you!

I placed an order, it came fast as always. I opened my vape and it wasn't working correctly, I opened the next and it was working either. I was surprised to find that all of that flavor vape didn't work. I reached out to vapemarkdown and they didn't respond with an email, they called me. I was really surprised, and Steve listened to me and came up with a solution to the problem. Then I asked him a question and he said that not his area but give me a second. Steve went and found the answer to my question. I have been ordering from vapemarkdown for a long time and I will continue to order from them. This is truly a great company that stands behind their products, and they find answers for you and don't leave you hanging.

I smoke Breeze Pro disposable vapes which are hard to find in brick and mortar shops or online shops. My PREVIOUS online vendor was having either a web site problem or a stocking problem but I couldn't get the flavors I wanted this time, and I always had difficulty with delivery. I called their difficult to reach customer service number after their email didn't work, and their rep was unhelpful, couldn't identify or resolve the issue, and was rude and abrupt. I decided I couldn't do business with them anymore.
SO, I very fortunately found VAPE MARKDOWN! Much better prices, easy site to navigate, find product, and order from full selection. Then I was amazed when I received my order, filled correctly (!!!) in less than 3 days. A few days later I realized I had been charged twice. I called customer service, a human answered right off, and within minutes, Steve found the error (which appears was a mistake on my end), resolved it with an immediate refund, AND gave me a coupon code for my next order. He was so pleasant and concerned from the start. He validated my concern and made it clear that the company puts customer satisfaction first. He was fast, efficient, and knew what he was doing.
