I have ordered from them twice so far, which seemed to initially be a gamble since they do not seem to have a strong online presence and their prices are very reasonable (they seemed too good to be true). However, they have so far delivered in a timely manner and ordering from them is easy and straightforward. My packages have consistently arrived well-packaged, intact, and fairly fast. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a great variety of products, affordability, reliability, trustworthiness, and great delivery.

My original order I ordered a couple vapes of same flavor. I messaged them to see if I could return the unused unopened ones I did not care for. They gave me instructions on how & where to send the product back. I hadn’t received my refund yet so messaged them. I received a personal phone call from Jack at vape markdown today. First off what a wonderful guy. He was apologetic & wanted to make sure the refund was done correctly for me. He gladly answered other questions I had. I was very appreciative & thankful for his call. The measure of a company is how they deal with their customers. They get 5 stars from me. I am a customer for life now. Thank you Vape Markdown & Jack for your great products & service. Your an exceptional company to buy from.

This is my second order from Vapemarkdown.com. The customer service is second to none. Steve has helped me both times when there was a problem which were both my fault. The first order arrived the day after I ordered it which amazed me as it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I actually ordered over 300.00 so the shipping was free. My second order was half that so it is 12.95 for shipping but hopefully will be just as fast. Give these guys a try, you won't regret it.

I order from this company all the time. The products are just as described. This is the best and only online vape shop that I will ever use. I recently had an issue with UPS Delivery and I emailed them. I must have emailed UPS a dozen times and spoken to at least 4 people with no results. I emailed vape markdown and someone called me back within about 5 minutes. Amazing. It was Jack, no I don’t know him personally but he was very personable to me. He resolved the issue and now my frustration has turned into happiness. I am so grateful for him, his high level of customer service and for all of his help. They also have a variety of products in so many flavors. If you vape, try them. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Jack

I've been using them for a couple years now and they are my most preferred vape distributor/store hands down! They really are great overall especially when it comes to price, as they usually have the lowest price if not at least give or take a couple dollars! For example one of the vapes I regularly purchase is $10 on another site and $13.99 I believe on VM, however I don't mind at all and still would use them and pay the few extra dollars as they are one of the few stores that will ship to me! I was a bit bummed last year when they changed their policy and you now have to spend a minimum of $60 and then shipping is roughly $13. Unfortunately I've been on a very tight budget and miss when I could buy a couple of my fave vapes for $30/40 and of course shipping is going to cost a bit more these days, as the online vape market has got tighter and stricter which sucks. But I'm pleased with how they have handled it and even despite my few small complaints, I still highly recommend them and really love ordering from them. They ship relatively quickly and at most take 3 MAYBE but rarely 4 business days...they don't ship on weekends. I was stupid nuff to put an order in late Thursday and now I realize my order probably won't ship till Monday or Tuesday..or I'm hoping so but not sure cos of memorial day ugh. Anyways their CS is fantastic and I've written to them a few times and Mike has always been very kind and helpful! I REALLY appreciate that he always sends me a 10% off code with every reply he sends to my account inbox via their website. Now that's great service that makes putting in an order that much more enjoyable! I also put in a request for them to stock the vibez air vapes I really love, and was so happy that they stocked them after my request! Again, that's another sign of great service IMO! And unfortunately they sold out faster than I could repurchase, as I have messaged them TONS of times inquiring about restocks and Mike Stevens has always responded in a quick and timely manner and is always honest and helpful and let's me know if a product is on backorder (plus the reason, like manufacturer is out of stock atm) and gives me an honest estimate sometimes I've had it I'm inquiring about restock upon me asking or they always try and message me and let me know when they've received or are waiting for items to restock. I've never had to return or exchange anything from them before, but I'd imagine they are great with that too as they are with everything! Just had to leave a long and honest review, as I appreciate them and they deserve a 5 star review for sure!

There was an issue with some product. I received a refund and a future coupon code. Customer service answered the phone right away and was helpful and friendly. Great company!

The prices are highly competitive to many other sites. Makes for a discount when making a large order. I have experienced some issues with quality and functionality of product. It's been around <15% of items but it seriously depends on the brands themselves, so find the right brands. They work hard to resolve legitimate issues, in total they have resolved all but one $8 coil misship, but I've spent thousands.

I have been buying my disposable vapes for about a year now and I have always had a good experience from the time the order is placed to the point where I'm enjoying my purchase. I have never had a complaint so I've never had to engage with anyone from vapemarkdowns until recently so I was unsure of this was going to end fairly or not. My reason for contacting them was due to my most recent order had a horrible burnt taste as if the coils were burnt but they were factory sealed so to no fault of vapemarkdown but I still needed to get credited for 25 vapes ordered. Immediately upon calling I was assured that this would be corrected and the rep was honest,prompt and so kind. Within minutes of the phone call I was informed of why the problem was there and what to do moving forward and was sent by email prepaid postage and as soon as the item arrives to their location I will see my account having a credit for the full amount. Thank you again Steve and vapemarkdown, I am completely confident purchasing from you and will gladly continue.

Best place to order vapes hands down. UPS dropped the ball and left my package “at the front door/porch” which i was told upon speaking with a representative. They did not ring my bell or anything and I live in a apartment building. Needless to say my package was gone. I spoke with vapemarkdown who I’ve ordered from numerous times with no issues always fast shipping and great products. They immediately rectified the situation and sent another package out. The customer service is amazing and I feel so bad that they have to go through situations like this with ups. I will never use anyone else to order vapes because I appreciate great customer service and they provided A plus customer service.

I’ve deleted my first review which wasn’t super negative just stated I had some faulty vapes the couple times I’ve ordered. Within the same day I had the best experience in customer service I’ve had in years!! Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays!! The gentleman from Florida was more than helpful and took care of my faulty products!! I am no longer gonna hesitate ordering again!! 😎 5 STARS

I was supposed to get my product 5 days ago and its still not here and they refuse to give me any sort of refund or compensation
