The only place that I buy from, highly recommend Vapemarkdown! My orders are always shipped out within a day, two at the most. I recently had an unpleasant experience that was handled somewhat poorly by Mike which is rather unfortunate. Perhaps maybe he was having a bad day? Ah, who knows what he was going through -- all I know is that the exchange didn't exactly end well. I got refunded for the defective products after some debate. Then I received a --phone call-- today and (WAIT WHAT? A PHONE CALL?? Yes, an actual, real live, son-of-a-gun human being called me) spoke to Jack, who was excellent at reviewing all that had gone wrong with the last interaction, and summarily rectified all issues that had happened and apologized profusely for the negative experience I had with Mike. I was also given a store credit to handle the shipping costs. The man did a fine job taking care of everything and you can tell he takes customer service very seriously. In fact, he also made certain they would have the item I planned on purchasing again and assured me they'd have the product in by Wednesday. Jack acknowledged me as a man and a Veteran and treated me with respect and dignity - even thanked me for my service. He was extremely pleasant to speak to and work with.

You don't come by people like this every day, but when you do, you love to see it. And Mike, if you see this review, just know that there are no hard feelings and we all have off days.

Fast shipping, great prices.

I ordered 8 vapes in May. I received my vapes and they were terrible!! I tried 4 out of the 8 and contacted the company. They said they would email me information about returning only the vapes that I didn’t try. That was 4 months ago. I never received an email. I truly question the authenticity of these vapes because they taste nothing like they should. $93 down the drain!

They are quick responding to any question and always ship products relatively quickly. I was skeptic at first because I couldn't find much information online but I gave in and ordered anyways and have ordered several more times since the first package arrived assuring me it was real.
