I’m so glad I found this company! It literally saves me half of what I’d spend. And they have such a great selection that I’ve found new things I didn’t even know I needed! The guys are very friendly and quick to respond for any questions you have. It’s a breath of fresh air to have a company that gives you great prices, fast shipping and great customer service!

Vapemarkdown is just SUPER...super reasonable. super fast. super responsive. Have not had problems with defective merchandise yet, and they even credited me for something I ordered in error and wanted to return. I am super happy!

Had a prior bad experience with faulty vapes and avoided for a long time. Decided to give them another shot and they did very well order came quickly and they even called to let me know they were out of an item I ordered and let me select a different item. So far no issues with the pens but I also didn't order anymore kangvape 5000. I will continue to use this company as my go to.

I started ordering here a few weeks ago. Super fast shipping, all my order was correct. So I still had six Kangvapes left from my first order because of others I had bought different places and I ordered again here. However last week I opened one and it wouldn’t work, running juice everywhere, I opened a second , same thing. I emailed them and they called me and credited my card. By the next day, three more did the same thing. Total of five in the trash, I emailed them and they credited my card and then emailed me and told me- DO NOT PURCHASE FROM US AGAIN. I could not believe that. I know these vapes were defective, it was not their fault at all.
I have checked these vapes as I open them, they are authentic. I know these vapes can be defective because of the juice and then the shipping . I have no idea why they would emailed saying not to purchase from them again. I’m sure if they purchased bad vapes, they would want to be reimbursed. I didn’t want the money credited back to me, just replace the bad ones and I would have been super happy. That didn’t happen. I spent a total of $224.24 . I feel like the customer service didn’t service the customer. I fully recommend this place, bad vapes are not their fault but bad customer service is. That is why I left a 3 star rating.

This morning I received a call from Jack, apologized for the email I was sent and has promised to send me a coupon code for my next order. I will be ordering from this company again. They have authentic products and super fast shipping. They have made things right for me and that means a lot. Thank you vapemarkdowns!

Am truly grateful I found this company. I bin smoking cigarettes for many years. My friend told be about replacing my cigarette smoking with disposables. I bin smoking disposables for lil over than a year. It helped me safe money and my health. Now I smoke less. I used to buy disposables from other websites I don’t want to mention any names. I had bad experience with the other companies. One of the issues with the other companies is that they are over priced, ships late, many broken products. I bin buying from vape markdown for lil over than 4 months. When I say customer service is 5 star. There was a disposable I bough that didn’t work I called them and spoke to a supervisor named Mike I explained to him what happened he told me am sorry that the one item didn’t work it’s a manufacturer issue. But he said don’t worry he replaced it for me and on top of that he gave me a coupon code for my next online purchase. I understand sometimes there are defects from the manufacture it’s not there fault l. But the supervisor went above and beyond to do help me resolve the issue.

I ordered 10 disposable vapes from this site and 2 were defective. In their "about us" section it says, "If you have questions, comments or concerns about your order or the content found within this website, please feel free to contact us via telephone or email and one of our experienced team members will get back to you right away."
First of all, there's no phone number listed under "Phone". Secondly, they did respond to me within one day and asked which vapes were defective... HOWEVER, I responded 3 times over the last 4 months and they haven't replied since then. 20% of defective product isn't a gamble I'm willing to take with this company again, especially when I'm paying for shipping.

I was happy with this company until I got a bad batch of vapes. I returned them. They received them 6 weeks ago. Their communication stopped. I’ve received no credit or exchanges. There is no phone number to be found anywhere. You’d think they’d want to keep a loyal customer happy. I place large orders. Edit they called me immediately after this review. It was handled! My account was credited so I ordered more! The man was super nice and apologetic.

Extremely fast shipping. Delivered in 5 days from order. Sorry to say, one of the items looked like someone stepped on it.

Ordered from this company three times now. Third time, it’s been almost two weeks, still no package.

I’ve messaged them since then, by the second time, they said they’ve messaged USPS five times.

They reached out to me again and did offer enough store credit for me to get another vape plus shipping covered to get me through.

One incredibly nice thing is that they also reached out to me personally to let me know they’ve spoken to USPS and the package will be here next Monday/Tuesday. While shipping service failed it’s part, Vapemarkdown definitely took care of me as a customer. Would definitely recommend.
