I ordered 2 vapes, Elfbar Moonlight. I recieved the order within 3 days, but instead of vapes I got a wart cream. I want a refund, but their portal still shows that the parcel isn't delivered. This is a scam.

We caught them SITTING on TOP OF OUR CAR parked just in front of their shop…Seriously? Who does that?

I’ve been trying to place an order with this company for a week now. I’ve reached out to them via email multiple times and on the chat feature twice. No response. It’s really a shame because the prices are great and they actually have the vape I use in stock which is rare for any vape website.

Shipping took a while but the off-stamp vapes I bought were all great and they were half the price of my local vape store. If the shipping was faster, I’d give five stars. I think it took me 2-3 weeks (maybe a little more) to receive my order.

This company is great!

The shipping did take 25 days to get the product to me but every time I messaged customer support they got back with me and added money to my wallet for my next purchase. I am more than pleased with my new vape and the price. I hope they get situated soon because I’d like to place another order but I hope the shipping doesn’t take as long . Thank you

When I made my purchase, I had no idea the company was forced out of their home. So due to unforseen and unfortunate circumstances my order did take quite a bit of time. The company had since frozen accepting new orders until they are in a proper place to conduct business. They did always get back to me (even when I was inpatient) and comped my order for the delay and lengthy delivery time. I will definitely he ordering from them again.
