Slow shipping/arrival
Shipping took forever ordered around christmas, left their shipping center 12/26 got them 1/17, mail man never knocked on the door with first attemptdelivery 1/16, which of course isnt the companiesfault for that.. But customer care answered in a decent amount of time, with some reasonable responses about the situation, tracking information and a credit to make up for it. However, half the boxes were damaged upon arrival which makes things a little sketchy, products seem okay and are in good condition, unsure if they have been tampered with though. I however did not order any good flavors for my own taste apparently and only two out of 7 I am personally keeping, the other 5 are being given to my parents, sister, coworkers and boyfriend.

Received. everything just fine. The only issue is one that i had not experienced before. It took 2 weeks for the package to be shipped to me after it was processed. I had message in the chat help thing and never received a response. Took 3 weeks in total to receive. I ordered on dec 22 and received on jan 10.

Ring cam proves no delivery…
I placed an order on December16th and paid $7 for an adult signature required at time of delivery. FOUR DAYS later, i got an email saying it was delivered. However, I did not sign anything AND I HAVE A RING DOORBELL CAMERA THAT SHOWS NO DELIVERY WAS EVER MADE OR ATTEMPTED. ORDER #110-14414
EDIT: I also entered the "tracking number" they claimed was a Fedex tracking number into Fedexs website and NO SUCH TRACKING NUMBER EXISTS

Made a $200 order was charged on November 23.
Never received a confirmation or tracking or items. They have no phone # and no live customer service or even an ai. Prob will have to report it as fraud to my card company.

I love the vapes i get from vapezilla only thing I think they could work on is the timing it takes almost 2 weeks to get my vapes. Other than that I love there vapes I think they could do more promotions for returning customers like points to earn free vapes for those that buy again and again
