Great service but a little slow
I really like the service package came with no damage as advertised and their website is very accessible. I gave them four out of five because it took two weeks for my package to arrive. I bought from them out of convince because I didn’t want to drive around looking for the replacement pods I needed but I do think next time I’ll just drive forty five minutes and pay a little more money for the convince. Still a great experience.

Order no longer exists
Ordered on August 15th and received an email saying my vape juice shipped. Now my order doesn’t even exist on my account with them and Route shows no order either. Yet my banking account was charged $28 for the order.

This is a Serious and Responsible Store,
After having issues related to the delivery, I filed a complaint to vaping.com support team (Tyler) and it was handled in a very professional way, even though the issue was not directly relate to the store, they contacted the carrier and have this resolved fast.
I'll recommend vaping.com and I'll buy from them again.

Eagle-Eyed and Helpful
After receiving a receipt for my order, I noticed that my address was incorrect.
I wrote an email which was responded to by Taylor who told me everything would be taken care of. A second email from Taylor informed me that eagle-eyed warehouse staff had actually noticed the mistake and had corrected it before the order went out.
