Shipping never moves.
The only reason there are any stars is the customer service. My first packages shipping never moved. I waited the full 10 business days to reach out. They then did a re ship of my order…
Well here we are again. It once again never moved. While vaping.com is a nice idea, it’s impractical to order from them until they find a better shipping partner. So now im waiting on a refund so I can go replace my old vape locally…

Don’t expect your shipment to be early as expected
I really don’t know what else to say to this. I was told a week ago my order should have been done arrived, until I checked my “track package”, and that was almost a total scam. I would click on it daily, which gives 0 indication on where it is at, or it may happen to me, like I’ve seen others on here, it’ll say “not home”. The people trying to deliver the packages really don’t try that hard or something, because my husband and I were home all day long, we are both 68 and retired. Of course we are going to be home!! I tried to email them, and they keep saying the same thing “looks like your package had a failed attempt, give it another 5-7 business days”. I will give you the benefit of the doubt of how hard shipping is nowadays with the Pact act, sure. But the tracking packages are really messed up, it still says not home for me, which was like 4-5 days ago. It never refreshed where it was just still says “not home”. I’m giving you guys up to 15 days, as you said before. But I already explained that if it doesn’t appear beforehand, I would like my refund please and thank you. I’ve never had a issue before this purchase, and I really don’t want to stop shopping on here, but if it’s going to be constantly be delayed then I will take my business elsewhere. I hope I get my products soon, as I know you guys hope I do as well.. Have a great day!

Buyer Beware!!!
As far as I am concerned from my experience, this company is a scam. Made a purchase on June 10, and never received my order. They send you a shipping # from a carrier you never heard of, who "constantly moves the goalpost." My order has been rescheduled 3 times already and I work from home. So always home to accept deliveries. They have enough negative reviews to show a pattern of shipping issues. If they are a serious company, they had plenty of time to fix this. The fact that they have not, shows me they couldn't care less. I am always home during normal business hours. Doing a chargeback with my bank. I will NEVER do business with vaping.com again!!! The order WAS NOT delivered, and you know it! Show me my signature!!! You also sent me an email stating the shipment was stolen. Where the proof of this statement? So if your admitting its stolen, shouldn't that trigger an automatic refund....Still waiting on my refund...

Deceitful Shipping
On Wed, 22nd tracking showed I missed 1st delivery attempt at 8:30am, so next day I was sure to be waiting by 7am. At 11:30am the tracking link suddenly showed another failed delivery attempt at 8:30am! I have 3 dogs. No way could I have missed an attempted delivery. I emailed vaping.com. Sam said he would contact carrier. I never heard from carrier or Sam. Next day, package was returned to sender. Emailed vaping.com (attn: Sam) again yesterday. No response. So...they've had $115.00 of my money for over two weeks; I wasted two days waiting for a delivery that wasn't coming; I've sent countless emails that are apparently useless. They state they aren't responsible for packages once they leave the warehouse, but they are responsible for who they choose to entrust consumers' packages with. In a situation such as this, I would assume they would send the order out through a reputable carrier using expedited shipping.

I used Vaping.com in the past before the shipping ban on these products. Excellent fast shipping. Now, not so much. Third party shipping for this companies is horrible. Packages never arrive, get lost, or it may take a month or 2 to finally arrive. Easier to pay the higher retail prices than deal with the shipping nightmare. Thank our government and state officials for letting us know what we can enjoy and not enjoy in life.

Never received order
Placed order on line on May 11th for just over $90. Charged order and promised delivery from 5 to 15 days. That seemed like an abnormally long delivery spread. Was easy to place order and was given a tracking number. Notified company after some 20 days and they reordered and reshipped at the 5 to 15 day spread again. I requested the shipment be expedited but that didn't happen. You guessed it, after another 20 days a third shipment was to be shipped. I again expressed my feeling that this should be expedited. Instead I was now informed that they were out of stock on some items in my already over 1 and a half month late order. How in the world can this company still be in business. Beware, not all companies are like Amazon. I ship goods in 3 to 4 days on UPS and never a problem. I have requested a full refund. Beginning to doubt this is a legit company. We shall see.

My recent order was a vape pen v2 and it was here very fast and in good condition too the battery lasts a long time it has blinking lights indicating battery percentage as well if somethings wrong with the battery or if its too hot which is very useful for newcomers to vaping overall this was a great purchase and i would buy from here again fast shipping not too expensive and the products are high quality

So nice to find (almost) everything I need in one place, cheaper than what I pay at the vape shop, and fast shipping. The signature fee is annoying, but it’s honestly cheaper than gas right now to drive to the vape shop 45 minutes away.

Do not recommend!!
I ordered at the end of last month. On the 5th it said being delivered. (Which is a Sunday btw not a “business day” as stated on site. Package was then sent back, and was marked that I did not provide signature..No one ever knocked on my door that day. Fast forward to today..says “Out for delivery” I sat at the house the entire day waiting for it to show up so that I can provide said signature..no one even knocked yet again. I’m assuming this will be set back to “No signature” again..however I’m unsure how they would get said signature without even coming to my home. 10/10 would not recommend, trust the reviews..their shipping is HORRIBLE. I was never even provided a tracking number to follow my package. Just very vague few worded descriptions..Trying to get a refund currently because I have a job and cannot just sit at home every day they expect to pop up with “Out for delivery” 0 out of ten.

I will say though, I do not feel their delivery company is very reliable, my recent package was returned too them because I was not home too sign for the package ( and I believe only one attempt was made by the service and they left no note or anything stating they even tried!) but Vaping,com itself gave me nothing but five star support with the issue, hopefully they will find a "better" service too use for the direct delivery segment of their transactions because this aspect is "vital" for them too Garner, the continued and loyal business they deserve from their customers~ thank you

Crappy customer service and shipping
I ordered on the 1st. Had to contact the tracking company 5 times to do updates. Finally got product on 27th. Shipping says 5-15 days. It took 20 days. Nothing done about it except sorry, we'll update soon.
Edit after reply-- once again, it took 20 days. Last I checked, 20 business days is MORE than 15 business days.
