After being treated at the Newcastle centre I would like to highly recommend and thank Dr Mark Regi and Nurse Hazel.
The treatment I received has certainly made a difference.

Very professional and friendly. Pleased with the results. Quite expensive but what isn’t these days. Dr Mark Regi explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. The 2nd follow up appointment consisted of Hazel, the nurse, making sure all the little thread veins were treated. She did a great job. All in all a great experience and I would recommend.

I had non varicose reticulated dark blue veins that stopped me wearing shorts and going on holidays for years. The difference was amazing and I wish I hadn’t put off seeking treatment for so long. Dr Regi and Nurse Hazel at the Newcastle centre are so friendly and put me at ease and the cost wasn’t anywhere near what I thought it would be. I’ve been back for top up sclerotherapy and Thermavein treatment on my face with Hazel which has also produced fantastic results.

Whilst the staff were lovely and the clinic was very welcoming, my spider veins are still as visible as they were before having 2 procedures in line with the advice given.

Great experience everything was explained fully . The procedures were guided throughout . All staff were professional , helpful and friendly. Follow up was reassuring as was aftercare.

Visited Newcastle centre this morning for EVLA carried out by Dr Mark Regi and Nurse Hazel. From entering reception was made to feel at ease. Having read all the documentation was expecting some pain during procedure. However found actual procedure virtually pain free, just a feeling of pressure and occasional nipping sensation. Both Mark and Hazel very professional but chatted and made experience very easy

Both Mark and Hazel were lovely and very reassuring. My leg looks so much better. From not wanting to wear shorts to now can’t wait for the summer to show my legs off.
Also , Tracy the receptionist is very welcoming and makes a lovely coffee.

The clinic is easy to find and has plenty of parking. I was welcomed straight away, checked in and asked if I wanted a drink. There are tea and coffee facilities in reception. I was nervous about getting my legs out - I have lipoedema and have always been self conscious of them - but felt at ease with Dr Regi and Hazel. Everything was explained clearly and the room was spotless. I have booked in for a procedure and I'm not worried at all.

The staff were so pleasant and reassuring when I explained my reason for attending the clinic.

I had an excellent experience at VeinCentre from my initial consultation through to the follow up appointment. Dr Mark and Hazel always put me at ease and explained the procedures thoroughly and I am delighted with the results.

Very friendly, efficient and provided excellent recommendations with no pressure to commit to treatment.

A first class service from the first moment I walked through the door.The staff at Newcastle were very welcoming and put me at ease within minutes of arriving.I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen and the forthcoming procedure with Mr Haslam and his assistant was well explained and went very well.I did not experience any pain of sorts apart from one moment of something I would describe as uncomfortable.I was told to expect a lot of bruising but I had no pain whatsoever in the coming days/hours and took no painkillers at all . I also only had one small area of bruising about the size of a 50p coin and that was it .Im currently 3 months post procedure and I can see the improvement in my lower legs already although I’ve been told it could be 3-4 months before I see real improvement.

As soon as I walked into the vein centre I was made to feel really welcome and was soon put at ease. The treatment itself was ok, a little uncomfortable but not painful. My legs now look so much better and they are pain free, looking forward to the summer to wear shorts to show them off.

Fantastic results from my treatment with veincentre Newcastle and looking forward to a more confident summer. Mark and Hazel were friendly, funny and professional. Mark explained the process and how things were going as we went along, which helps to put you at ease. I needed several treatments, so for anyone considering treatment it is helpful to be realistic in your timeframe and see it as a process rather than immediate results, but it is absolutely worth it in the long run. Communications and aftercare information from veincentre was also helpful.

I visited the Newcastle clinic for treatment on my varicose veins and a very good experience.A big thank you to Dr Mark,Hazel and Tracy they all made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process. I am delighted with the results so far having just had a little more treatment. I would highly recommend the vein centre .

Had EVLA on both legs after years of suffering from ugly varicose veins around my knees with a follow up of foam scelotherapy over the moon with results both treatments were painful but bearable and worth it wish I had done this years ago not cheap but well worth it I now have confidence wearing a pair of shorts soo thank you too you both I visited Newcastle clinic can’t recommend enough
