An absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end. Such a professional team who looked after me superbly. I feel very lucky to have been treated by Dr Philip Haslam who immediately put me at ease with his detailed explanation of the treatment I received. Everyone was so friendly and I am overjoyed with the results

The whole team have been so helpful. Dr Regi and Hazel put you at ease straight away, explaining everything and maintaining a really relaxed and friendly environment. The results I have had so far have been great and I highly recommend the clinic at Newcastle.

Thoroughly good experience at the Newcastle Clinic. Dr Regi and Hazel put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I have had my follow up treatment today, however, I have already had great improvements; my leg veins are no longer painful and they look so much better.

I was anxious about treatment but the team at Newcastle were great. The Dr and nurse were friendly and explained fully what was going on. Treatment was much easier than I'd imagined and I've had an amazing result. I can't believe the varicose vein I've had for 30 years has gone. I'd definitely recommend veincentre.

I visited the Newcastle Clinic in December for my consultation and was fitted in the following week for treatment for both EVLA treatment and foam treatment with a follow up 6 weeks later with more foam treatment. I saw a significant difference within those 6 weeks and 3 months on you wouldn't know there had been a varicose vein there.

Having payed up front and had my operation postponed 3 times in a year by a local private hospital, a friend suggested I tried somewhere else.
The outcome being the Vein Centre, Newcastle.
I rang them on a Tuesday, they did a consultation with me that Friday and my operation the following Friday.
Now, if that isn't good service, I don't know what is !
From Tracy in reception to Dr Regi and nurse Hazel, you truly did a wonderful job. I even received a follow-up telephone call, checking on me 2 weeks later.
The procedure was straightforward, back to driving in a couple of days.
Follow the sensible guidelines.

The team were friendly and professional and the information given was explained clearly and comprehensively. As it was my first visit for a consultation and scan I was made to feel comfortable and confident in the process.

Nice environment and consultation rooms, great location and an added bonus is that it is available on a weekend, professional and informative consultation.

Couldn’t recommend them enough! From my first phonecall, to my first appointment and treatment day and lastly my follow up they have all been amazing! Very professional but at the same time they made it a nice relaxing experience. I was made to feel at ease/ comfortable at every appointment I attended. The staff were lovely, made an effort to ensure I was ok throughout and couldn’t have done anymore for me :) my consultant was very knowledgeable, friendly, exceptionally understanding and answered any questions I had. It easy to get an appointment and didn’t have to wait for long at all. I would say the price is good for the treatments I had done. The aftercare was really good and the information pack they provide is really useful :)

Hey, I would like to say thank you for the great vein treatment experience in Newcastle Veincenter . I found it to be a painless procedure , thanks to Mark Regi. I can't explain how my legs were, but now my legs looking great with no pain and heaviness . Thanks for amazing job and good results. Overall the team is fantastic very professional ,kind and friendly . I definitely would recommend this guys , they doing amazing job.

FACIAL VEINS: They don't tell you the correct recovery period. They say: "there will be a degree of redness and inflammation around the treated areas. This should settle within several days, if not hours." This is absolute nonsense. It's been over 5 weeks and the redness/scarring is worse than the veins were. It takes a couple of layers of green cream, then foundation and at least 2 more layers of concealer to cover. My face is more red now than it was before. I wish I never had it done. They said the redness would subside really quickly, but burns do NOT heal quickly! And the scabbing, all very noticeable. You couldn't go to work or lead a normal life for at least a couple of weeks. I can't see my face ever returning to normal. I'm absolutely gutted.

I had evla and foam treatment on a large, ugly vein that ran across my left thigh back in June 2024. Everyone involved at the clinic from reception to Mark the consultant were fantastic. Treatment was quick and absolutely pain free. I walked in and walked out. After treatment I was left with what looked like a long bruise on my thigh for months but now six months later that discolouration has gone. Also had a long flight in October and for the first time in years I didn't have to put up with the aching and discomfort during the flight. I wouldn't hesitate to have the treatment again if I needed it.

My 3rd time having varicose vein treatment and by far the best and most efficient yet. Excellent customer care for start to finish by everyone involved at the Newcastle center. Amazing that I was able to walk out as normal after a 40 minute procedure. Would highly recommend

Great experience from start to finish. Procedure was explain thoroughly and all the staff where very friendly and approachable throughout. Would definitely recommend Vein Centre to anyone looking at getting some treatment for Varicose Veins.
