It's a great-looking desk, but that's about it. Everything on their site and even their packaging tout that they are simple to assemble. That couldn't be further from the truth. Their instructions are about as clear as mud. They are horribly written and full of grammatical errors. I strongly question that this is actually a US made product. For anyone that has ever had to figure out Ikea instructions and have been frustrated, forget these. Versadesk makes Ikea's instructions look like the best manual ever written. Once you figure it out and get to the end, you will realize that they didn't manufacture their parts correctly and some of the pre-drilled holes are in the wrong location.
After making it through these two frustrations, you will attempt to contact customer support. Good luck with that. It's not happening. No one answers the phone. No one responds to messages. The only way to ever get anyone on the phone is to call their sales line. Someone will answer, but they will also quickly tell you that it's customer support's job to help with this and transfer you to another voicemail that's never responded to. They're great at answering and responding when they're trying to hook you into buying. Once you've bought, you're screwed. I REALLY wish I had done more research and read up on them before buying.
It is good for one’s back. But it causes other ergonomic issues when working with the setup of 2 monitors 1 laptop and keyboard. I had to stop using versadesk because was feeling more pain then before. Now the versadesk is on the basement useless.
When trying using versadesk with the equipment ratio I just mentioned, it is highly NOT recommended.
I sent two separate emails about parts that were missing for one of my desks accessories. One was a simple part that was was sent. I never received the second part after multiple calls and emails.
The customer services is awful. I've been trying to get someone to address an issue with our desk for months. The rep, Eduardo Silva was extremely unresponsive, and once I finally got him to say he would fix it, nothing has happened since then. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, that still, has yet to be resolved. Order #527104
I've actually enjoyed most of the products I've purchased from Versadesk. However one desk broke a couple months after receiving it, and its been about 3 months of trying to get it resolved now, and still no resolution. Sales rep Eduardo Silva keeps saying he is going to send replacement parts, but nothing ever comes. He hasn't returned emails, and didn't return my employees calls, so I had to get involved, with still no resolution. If nothing goes wrong, you will probably be happy with their products, but if you have an issue, I can't tell you with any confidence that it will ever be taken seriously much less ever get resolved. They are really awful at customer service, in my experience.
This is an update to my original post...
I finally did receive a replacement desk, after months of trying to get some resolution.
I got the “PowerPro® Elite - Sit To Stand Electric Desk Converter With USB Charging Plug, Memory Setting and App Controllable” and I love it!!! The Memory setting functionality is the best. Makes the standing and sitting position feasible in seconds! Would strongly recommend it!

Initial shipment was not for the desk that I ordered. Very rapid response by customer service to receive the proper desk and then return the wrong one.
Nice to have memory settings for the desk height. Really helped during COVID.
Customer service SO bad, it's actually unbelievable. My desk arrived with a damaged adjustment knob - it was poking out through the packaging at the time the desk was delivered. I emailed them requesting a replacement, I sent them pictures of the desk, the shipping box with a hole in it and the damaged knob (the plastic cracked). This was LAST YEAR. Now fast-forward to June 2021. They have STILL NOT SENT THE PART. All I have gotten until now are replies from their "service" team asking me to send pictures of the desk and the damage. Nevermind the fact that I sent these pictures from the onset.
These people pissed me off to the point that gave up on trying to get the knob replaced. I actually took a hammer to their crappy desk and tossed it in the trash. Unbelievable, I know, but great therapy.
Forced me to make a double purchase instead of refunding the lost item.
I bought this for my daughter who often works from home at her computer, often standing. She likes it very much and feels it takes the strain off her body as she stands. Originally I had hoped to give it to her for Christmas but understandably, delivery was delayed, and I was able to give it for her spring birthday. She's very happy with it.

I messaged both the support email and the sales email along with calling them directly with no response. I need a replacement roller bearing wheel. My desk is completely useless without it.

I purchased the single monitor desk riser. The order process was easy and it shipped right away. There was one small issue with one part and they replaced it quickly without question. This is a great company. Highly recommended. Excellent products and excellent customer service. You won't be disappointed.

Ultimately, my wife was very happy with the product we ordered. However, there were substantial shipping delays and poor communication.
Lastly, the marketing material that you folks use objectifies women in ways that I wouldn't expect from an office furnishings firm. It felt gratuitous and that was a bit of a turn off.
Cost effective, easy to setup and it works great. I don't actually use the keyboard holder because most PC's are easy enough to use its own keyboard and this keyboard holders is kind of bulky.

I have bought 4 versa desks and will be buying one more for our office. I have always received great service. I have never had to call customer service because everything ships well. Thank you for a great product. We love it.

My VersaDesk is a true game changer. It's a remarkable addition to my apartment/home office. It's size, sturdiness, and mobility are all huge positive qualities.
