VTB Mobility Avis 

We have just purchased a power chair from VTB Mobility, Orpington branch. We were assisted by Andrew, who was professional, informative and above all extremely patient with us. He answered all our questions (of which there were many!) and treated my daughter with kindness and respect. We were able to try the chair, fold it, unfold it, remove the battery and try it in the car. The other members of staff were also welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend visiting Andrew.

I had issues with my scooter, from phoning them, in the morning I was asked to bring it in, they kept it overnight and it was ready the next day, great people and great service, I would recommend them for any equipment, aids etc. first class service and customer service beyond anything I have dealt with in a long time. Greeted by Dee on arrival ( a lovely lady) and Chris showed us a selection of what fitted my needs. Thoughtful, inciteful and very knowledgeable about the products, we very quickly found what I needed. Chris delivered the item shortly after & talked about insurance, servicing etc so we knew how often we need to have follow up visits! Brilliant experience, thanks to the people who work there. Leave it to the professionals is my motto and I certainly wasn't disappointed. I had a unique requirement to replace a remote control device for a riser/recliner chair that we had purchased for my mother-in-law in South Africa from a South African company. The remote control failed and we have been trying to find a replacement. I had looked on the internet to no avail and then contacted VTB. They contacted the UK supplier and got a remote control and depsite the chair being at least 10 years old, the remote worked first time. Thank you to all at VTB - they are true professionals and so obliging and helpul.

The people at VTB were helpful and efficient; the engineer was also very tidy and efficient.

Excellent service and Chris was very patient as we tried lots of different mobility scooters. He explained everything in detail, allowing us to take them down and re-assemble many times to ensure we were buying the right one. Highly recommend VTB Mobility!

Panish couldn’t have been more patient and helpful with my elderly parents. He offered a good price, with the stairlift being fitted efficiently just a few days after by a friendly fitter. He was readily available for any queries. We are pleased with the look and easy operation of the lift.

Panish was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure that everything was very smooth, and we were very happy with the service. He offered good advice and was not pushy in any way. He just wanted us to have the best solution. I would definitely recommend Panish and VTB mobility.

Excellent repair and good service. Very thorough, highly recommended. Tried to get fixed serval other places, who couldn’t do it, but these guys managed it!

My mum needed a stairlift as she was finding it hard going up and down the stairs. I went into VTB shop on orpingdon high st where the sales person was very helpful in answering my questions. Panish came round to my parents house within days to measure up and give a quote. He was very helpful and informative and guided us in the whole process. The stair lift was installed the week after as the lift was a curved model. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service by all. Measured on Friday, confirmed Saturday. And fitted Wednesday the following wk All very friendly and made my mum feel very at ease. Thank you so much. Service was excellent from start to finish. Did everything they promised, and the chair we bough from them is excellent. They went the extra mile (literally) Highly reccomend!

I had the daunting task of sourcing a stairlift for my elderly parents. I found VTB on Google, saw the reviews and gave them a call. Panish came over the same day and spent time assessing, measuring and going through all the details. He was very reassuring and realistic that our stairs might prove a little challenging - we already knew that! Long story short, Brooks, the stairlift manufacturers, were able to make a bespoke curve for our upper stairs and last Friday, we had the stairlift installed with no problems at all. We now have a very robust rail going up from the ground floor to the top of the house - unbelievably this is a single rail that runs over 2 floors! So, no getting on and off in between two separate rails, as would have been the case with another well known stairlift provider. We are very happy. The price was great too compared to others and we are eternally grateful to Panish for rising to the challenge and getting this sorted for us. At no point did it feel like we were being badgered or pressure sold. He also kindly called to check we are happy with it all. It's so refreshing to deal with people who really care about helping find solutions for the elderly and are not out to rip people off. First class service from this local company. I can't recommend them highly enough.

we phone up about a stairlift. someone came down we got it put in about 4days times so quick all the staff so friendly and good the £ is good too. can’t praise them enough 👍

bought our titan powerchair 4years ago in orpington shop vtb service the chair every year since even though we moved to maidstone.......distance no problem found chris and leroy very professional in all our dealings with them in the past.............would like to reccomend vtb to people with mobility issues excellent danny maidstone

Very happy with VTB again, we had a stair lift installed for my father, this was done in a very timely manner which was much appreciated. We had previously ordered an item which was delivered quickly too so we will definitely use VTB again for anything similar that we require. Panish was particularly kind to my mother which was also appreciated.

I required a stair lift for my father really quickly and from my initial call to VTB Mobility to installation it only took 9 days (and only 3 days from when the order was placed). Panish has been extremely helpful throughout and I would definitely recommend VTB for any mobility needs.
