VTB Mobility Avis 

It was a pleasure to shop at VTB Mobility, the sales people are very competent and helpful. I needed a stair lift for my wife and, after a visit in my home to take measurements, I ordered what was recommended and it was installed 2 days later. The stairlift is perfect, it is exactly what we needed.

Mum needed a stairlift really quickly, as her mobility deteriorated rapidly. From first contact, the service from VTB was amazing. Panish came round the same evening & measured up, advising what was most suitable for her 1960’s open wooden stairs. Panish phoned the next day with a price, which we accepted. Less than a week later the stairlift was installed & i5 has transformed Mums use of her house. Excellent job, thanks VTB for your solid advice and excellent service.

Went in this morning to buy my mother a walking frame, the young man (Leroy) was serving an elderly lady. I was impressed at how patient and helpful he was.. he went on to serve me, going above and beyond what he needed and explained about the VAT relief on equipment. Highly impressed with the shop and staff. I will be back

We needed a stair lift quickly as my mother's condition got worse very fast. VTB Mobility were fantastic. They came around within 24 hours, listened to us explaining our requirements and suggested what we would need to both, myself and my mother which was important and made us feel very comfortable. There was no pressure selling at all. The order was placed straight after. I found VTB Mobility to be very professional, courteous and most of all, understanding, which I believe is very important to elderly people. The service was impeccable and I cannot recommend VTB Mobility highly enough.

Fantastic service.we needed a stairlift urgently, they came and measured up on the same day of contact, and it was fitted a couple of days later.

l visited VTB on Monday 8th August 2020, to replace the batteries on my ATM scooter, what a great experience, friendly, helpful great price, not only replaced the batteries but checked the scooter over , old fashioned service, can't recommend them enough 5 star.
