VUSH Avis 

I received the product in a timely fashion. Looks great, but I have tried to charge it several times and it continues not taking the charge. Will not turn on. I am hoping the company will take care of this for me.

Still trying to get a reply for a useless tool

She loves it......High intensity climax and quickly.

One has discovered I need more time to myself or a lock on my bedroom door (kids...) 1st time user of the suction kind of toy, loving it, looking forward to it being well used.

Very weak power, doesn't do a thing for me. Should have read the reviews more thoroughly before purchasing.

Loved my first toys, so when they released new ones with a huge discount, I ordered immediately. There was a delay due to stock running out but they did keep those who had ordered the out of stock item informed. They always arrive in nice boxes and discrete packaging.
The Empress 2 is brilliant, but after a month or so it started acting up, turn itself on (usually in the middle of the night) and wouldn't turn off unless put on charge. Ironically, if I tried to turn it on to actually use, it wouldn't turn on.
I contacted Vush and did receive an automated reply that their customer service is busier than usual and thus response times were delayed. I waited for a couple of weeks then contacted on Instagram, their team replied pretty quickly and gave their customer service team a nudge, then got a reply to my email shortly after their reply on IG.
They asked for a video of the toy not working and my address to send a new one, which I provided, then there was another delay in response, but when they did get back to me, they agreed the toy was not working properly and immediately sent a replacement, which has worked so far.

I can see other reviews saying customer service is terrible - it is very slow, but I have found them to be helpful when they do eventually get back to you!

Aside from the Empress 2 issues, all the other toys have been working fine!

UPDATE: the replacement Empress 2 also stopped working within a few months. Very disappointing for such an expensive toy…?

I used the empress 2 twice, it broke and after an initial response to my first email Vush will now not respond. It has been over a month since my initial email letting them know it stopped working. I had one response requesting a video showing the fault, which I supplied and I have heard nothing since! 3 chaser emails sent and contacted via instagram. I spent a lot of money for what feels like nothing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordering was very easy. The packaging was discreet, which was great.

It's ok but it's intensity is extremely weak for the empress 2. Takes a while to enjoy.

VUSH is a great company selling quality products.

They're scammers they'll send you faulty devices to then disappear with the money they just stole from you! I've been chasing them on a lot of emails for months but no sight of these unaccountable scumbags. I am having legal advice against them. They can't fool anymore people!!! Worst thing is that they use well known influencers to promote and luring potential customers into buying they faulty products to then vanish with your money, that's how they do their nasty business!!!! Do not buy any of their devices, it's a trap!!!!

I ordered the empress 2, first time it worked great. Second time I wanted to use the empress it didn’t turn on! I tried charging, I tried turning it on but nope. Doesn’t work! Very frustrating especially after only one use. I’ve emailed vush a couple times straight away with NO reply. DONT ORDER.

Really bad customer service! I have been waiting for nearly 2 months for a response to my warranty claim as the product stopped working. Initial email I received was really friendly but since then I haven’t heard a thing. Would not recommend. It’s a shame as when their products do work they’re really good.

Everything I’ve purchased so far has been incredible. I’ve been working to become more comfortable with my body and taking better care of “myself,” and these have been great for that. Would HIGHLY recommend. :)

I recently bought the Abbie vibrator and I was not disappointed! It works wonders and the charge lasts for ages. I love the little bag it comes with - great for storing discreetly and travelling with.

I love buying anything Vush for my girlfriend. We’ve tried a few different toys and each one gets her going and that gets me going.

I purchased the empress 2 and I love the product except that after less then five months it stop working. I email the customer service email and almost three weeks and no one has replied.

Wow! Amazing the empress 2 will blow. Your. Mind!!! Worth every penny! Great for mixing things up with a partner or just getting the job done alone haha! Love it!
